Who is William Rodriguez?

William Rodriguez, is a native of Puerto Rico, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the State of New Jersey. On September 11, 2001, and for approximately nineteen years prior thereto, Rodriguez was employed as a maintenance worker at the World Trade Center (WTC) in New York, New York.
On 9/11, Rodriguez single-handedly rescued fifteen (15) persons from the WTC, and as Rodriguez was the only person at the site with the master key to the North Tower stairwells, he bravely led firefighters up the stairwell, unlocking doors as they ascended, thereby aiding in the successful evacuation of unknown hundreds of those who survived. Rodriguez, at great risk to his own life, re-entered the Towers three times after the first, North Tower impact at about 8:46 A.M., and is believed to be the last person to exit the North Tower alive, surviving the building's collapse by diving beneath a fire truck. After receiving medical attention at the WTC site for his injuries, Rodriguez spent the rest of 9/11 aiding as a volunteer in the rescue efforts, and at dawn the following morning, was back at Ground Zero continuing his heroic efforts.

Rodriguez lost his employment of 19 years and his means of earning a living as a direct result of the attacks on the WTC on 9/11. Deeply affected, as one might imagine, by his experiences of 9/11, Rodriguez has, in a variety of capacities and through several different organizations, worked ever since that terrible day to help others who were affected by the atrocities committed. He has continued in these labors, notwithstanding the fact that, due to the loss of his employment, he has been unable to earn a living, and was even homeless for a time.

Purdue University released a computer simulation today, claiming they have found the definitive cause of the collapse of World Trade Center Two following the terrorist attacks on September 11th, 2001. The release implies another “official explanation” as to the cause of the collapses of the towers. However, Truth or Lies has learned of some startling facts surrounding this release which raises more startling questions than it answers.

According to the simulation video, "The weight of the aircraft's fuel, when ignited, acted like a flash flood of flaming liquid…and stripped away fireproofing which caused the steel to weaken”

However, a problem lies within this explanation….

According to the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) Report, (which can be viewed HERE)and an article from Fox News, which can read HERE, “fire-proof asbestos was only used up to the thirty-eighth floor of the north tower and not at all in the south tower”.

These accounts state that because non-asbestos fire proofing was used in simulations by NIST, the non-asbestos fireproofing was far inferior to asbestos in terms of melting points and the ability to keep fire from spreading. It should be noted that these claims of “fire-proofing” as being responsible for the melting of the steel that led to the collapse of the twin towers has been debunked numerous times by world-renowned physicists such as Steven Jones of BYU (view his website here).

The following statement was used in the Purdue simulation: "The weight of the aircraft's fuel, when ignited, acted like a flash flood of flaming liquid". This is a direct contradiction of the FEMA report (which can be viewed HERE)which stated: "despite the huge fireballs caused by the two planes crashing into the WTC towers each with 10,000 gallons of jet fuel, the fireballs did not explode or create a shock wave that would have resulted in structural damage.”

It should be noted that the National Science Foundation (NSF), the agency that funded the Purdue study, is an agency whose board was appointed by George W. Bush and confirmed by the United States Senate. Its director, Dr. Arden L. Bement Jr, has worked for such employers such as General Electric Company(which owns NBC/universal), Battelle Northwest Laboratories who has been focused on nuclear technology and the environmental and health effects of radiation, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Department of defense, where he was under secretary for research and engineering, and DARPA (the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), who is responsible for the development of new technology for use by the military.

The question that needs to be addressed here is:

Why would an agency whose director has been a key player in military black-op projects for years be appointed to fund a study to conclusively show how the twin towers collapse occurred?

Further, the Purdue simulation claims “the engines ripped through the central columns and sent the engines bursting through the other side of the towers”, showing that the airliner, made of aluminum, ripped through the steel facing of the north tower like a knife through butter. How is this possible?

This Purdue simulation conclusively shows that the government agencies charged with finding an explanation for the collapses of the twin towers are continually unable to do so without contradicting themselves, while attempting to create a wild “fairy tale” out of physical impossibilities. Further, research conducted into these claims made by these government agencies consistently reveals shadowy figures and corporations who have participated, while remaining complicit, in the official explanation of the tragic events of September 11th, 2001.

Presidential candidate Senator Joe Biden admitted meeting with the chief financier of the 9/11 hijackers in the days after September 11 after being confronted by We Are Change founder Luke Rudkowski in the press room following Sunday's Democratic debate in New Hampshire.

According to the FBI and as confirmed by various news reports at the time , Pakistani ISI General Mahmoud Ahmad instructed Omar Saeed Sheikh, the alleged assassin of Daniel Pearl, to wire $100,000 to alleged lead hijacker Mohammed Atta in the summer of 2001.

Arriving exactly one week before 9/11, the general met with Pentagon, White House National Security Council and CIA officials, including George Tenet and Marc Grossman, then U.S. Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs.

On the very morning of 9/11, Ahmad was at a breakfast meeting on Capitol Hill hosted by Senator Bob Graham and Rep. Porter Goss, the chairmen of the Senate and House Intelligence committees.

Two days after the attack on the twin towers and the Pentagon, on September 13th, Senator Joseph Biden, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, met with the ISI chief.

No adequate explanation has been forthcoming as to why top government and intelligence officials were meeting with the money man behind the alleged hijackers before and after 9/11.

Shortly after the Democratic debate had finished on Sunday, Prison Planet reporter Rudkowski was able to get access to the CNN spin room and confront presidential candidate Biden about his 9/11 meeting with the Pakistani General.

"We asked him the question - what was he doing with the head of the Pakistani ISI General Mahmoud Ahmad," said Rudkowski.

"He told me - he admitted that he met with him - he met with the head of the Pakistani ISI - he said I told them not to do it, I told them not to wire the money - I told them to stop supporting the Taliban, which shows he had foreknowledge of them supporting him."

"I told him - sir, he funded the hijackers, you did business with him, you let him go - he's free," said Rudkowski, to which Biden responded, "Get a life kid," after which Rudkowski was pushed away by Biden's security staff.

Biden's comments demand immediate explanation and an investigation into why Mohammed Atta's chief financier was allowed to leave the United States without even being questioned by authorities after having met with top Bush administration and other public officials.

The We Are Change organization, who made headlines for their recent head-to-head with Rudy Giuliani , were also busy speaking truth to power and confronting other high profile figures during their visit to New Hampshire.

Rudkowski said the event was packed with Ron Paul supporters and 9/11 truthers, outnumbering everybody besides Obama and Clinton acolytes.

The group confronted Bohemian Grove members Bill Richardson and David Gergen at the event, causing Richardson to run and leave the building, while Gergen attempted the laugh the subject away before the subjects of male prostitution at the Grove and Molec was mentioned, at which point Gergen also hurriedly left.

Another member of the group, Nate Evans, confronted Hillary Clinton at a fundraiser in New York, calling her "Queen Hillary" and was immediately assaulted by secret service, physically thrown out of the event and chased away.

Clinton was also asked about 9/11 and her association with the Bilderberg Group but completely ignored the questions.

The former head of the Environmental Protection Agency, who knowingly lied and signed off on falsified scientific research on the toxicity of the air in the aftermath of 9/11, has refused a request by Rep. Jerrold Nadler that she testify before a congressional hearing on the federal government's response to be tabled later this month.

The New York Sun today reported:
Christine Todd Whitman, the EPA administrator at the time, has declined an invitation to appear before a House subcommittee that Mr. Nadler chairs, an aide to the congressman said yesterday. Mr. Nadler, whose district includes ground zero, is expected to ask Ms. Whitman again before considering whether to seek to compel her testimony with a subpoena, the aide, speaking on condition of anonymity, said.

Yesterday we reported on the fact that Hillary Clinton had announced, along with New York Congressman Jerry Nadler, D-NY, that she will chair the probe looking into the federal government's response and environmental clean-up efforts in the wake of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

The Clinton/ Nadler press release stated that one intention of the probe was to take a close look at the EPA's inadequate program to test and clean residential areas in Manhattan.

Part of the press release stated:
In a recent decision, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York found that former EPA Administrator Christine Todd Whitman's falsely reassuring and misleading statements of safety after the September 11, 2001 attacks were "without question conscience-shocking." The court also found the facts "support an allegation of a violation of the substantive due process right to be free from official government policies that increase the risk of bodily harm" by Whitman's misstatements regarding the air quality of the affected area. An EPA Inspector General review reached similar conclusions.

We have postulated that the left arm of the Washington power elite will be unlikely to fully expose the reality of the monumental criminal culpability of the Bush Administration on this particular issue, but will instead seek to once again close off the issue. Indeed it seems that Whitman is in the frame to take the fall and once cover the behinds of the ever increasingly unaccountable Neocon crime syndicate in the White House.

In August 2003 it was revealed that the Government ordered the EPA to give the public misleading information, telling New Yorkers on September 12 it was safe to breathe when reliable information on air quality was not available and Asbestos levels were known to be three times higher than national standards.

Further documents were obtained by CBS news last September, revealing that Lower Manhattan was reopened a few weeks following the attack even though the air was not safe.

The two devastating memos, written by the U.S. and local governments, show they knew. They knew the toxic soup created at Ground Zero was a deadly health hazard. Yet they sent workers into the pit and people back into their homes.

"Not only did they know it was unsafe, they didn't heed the words of more experienced people that worked for the city and E.P.A.," said Joel Kupferman, with the group Environmental Justice Project.

An EPA whistleblower, Dr. Cate Jenkins then wrote a letter to Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY) and other members of the New York congressional delegation blasting the EPA for hiding dangerous toxins from Ground Zero workers in the aftermath of 9/11.

The Letter claimed that EPA-funded research on the toxicity of breathable alkaline dust at the site “falsified pH results” to make the substance appear benign, when it was, in reality, corrosive enough to cause first responders and other workers in lower Manhattan to later lose pulmonary functions and, in some cases, to die.

In an even more shocking development it was revealed that Whitman apparently had financial interests in reassuring the public that all was well and that lower Manhattan could safely be reoccupied.

In a New York Post piece which has since been memory holed, but that was reported on here, these facts became clearly evident:

Meanwhile, Whitman's newly released financial-disclosure forms show that she said seven months before 9/11 that she would not get involved in any issue related to the finances of the Port Authority - which owns the WTC site - because she or her family owned PA bonds. Its finances could be impacted by lawsuits growing of the cleanup.

"I understand the following interests that belong to me, my spouse or my children present a conflict of interest," Whitman wrote at the time. She then listed various investments, including the bistate agency.
But Whitman was involved at Ground Zero despite that refusal, although she or her family also owned shares of Citigroup, whose insurance-company subsidiary, The Travelers, paid out hundred of millions of dollars in claims to downtown residents displaced by the attacks.

Not surprising then that Whitman does not want to testify. She is totally compromised and clearly in very deep trouble. Congressman Nadler himself blasted Whitman when this was revealed stating:
"She conspired [with the White House] to convince people to go into an unsafe environment . . . For that, she ought to be prosecuted," Nadler said. "People are dead because of her."

However, it must be remembered that Whitman and the EPA are accountable to the White House and act under the direct authority of the Bush Administration.

It was the 2003 EPA Inspector General's investigation that revealed that it was the White House that had pressured EPA into changing its press releases to add more "reassuring" language.

The further memos revealed that Whitman conspired with the White House to falsely reassure New Yorkers that the air was safe.

The New York Post also reported on the fact that the internal documents show it was Condoleezza Rice's office that gave final approval to the infamous Environmental Protection Agency press releases days after 9/11 claiming the air around Ground Zero was "safe to breathe,".

Now Secretary of State, Rice was then head of the National Security Council - "the final decision maker" on EPA statements about lower Manhattan air quality, the documents say.

And it cannot be forgotten that Rudolph Guiliani, who was mayor at the time, also said repeatedly that the air was safe.

Furthermore it has been the Bush Administration that has PURPOSEFULLY blocked millions in health compensation programs for ground zero workers and continuously attempted to stonewall the issue because to do otherwise would be an admission of responsibility for exposure to harmful substances after the government had already given the all clear. It has been the Bush administration that has allowed 9/11 heroes to die while at the same time disgracefully using the event as a cart blanche excuse for their own criminal actions at home and abroad.

It seems Whitman knew immediately that she was being fingered as the ultimate scapegoat. When the new information broke last September, she was quick to blame the city for not forcing Ground Zero workers to wear respirators.

In a "60 Minutes" interview, Whitman maintained that the nation's leading environmental agency did not have authority to enforce rules at the site, though the agency did warn the city about dangers in the air at Ground Zero.

"We didn't have the authority to do that enforcement, but we communicated to the people who did," Whitman stressed.

A 2004 report by the Sierra Club however detailed gross malfeasance by EPA, FEMA, and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and then suggested a cover-up of the public health hazards of Ground Zero ensued.

The report found that the EPA and FEMA, in concert with New York City's own health department, told families that they could clean up the contaminated dust themselves with wet rags. In fact, they actually discouraged area residents from wearing safety masks.

Some preliminary scientific studies have indicated that as many as 400,000 people were exposed to toxic ground zero dust. Hundreds and perhaps thousands of people have fallen ill, and several have died from lung ailments blamed on inhaled Trade Center ash.

Any probe into this issue that cannot establish these basic conclusions and pinpoint those at fault AT ALL LEVELS WITHIN THE GOVERNMENT will be highly suspicious. It is blatantly clear that not only Whitman and her EPA counterparts were complicit in a conspiracy and cover up the environmental hazards at ground zero, but also that high ranking officials with the Bush administration are also complicit.

It is also apparent from reports that Whitman had significant financial interests in the ground zero site, which should also be investigated in addition to the financial interests other officials complicit in this diabolical case also had before and after 9/11.

The Nadler's hearing is scheduled for May 22, Clinton's is set for June 20.

SILVERTON - In his work boots, nylon pants and cotton sweat shirt, Robert Baer blends in to this little mountain town.

You wouldn’t guess that he once helped engineer a failed coup against Saddam Hussein, that he speaks Arabic and Farsi, that he once prowled the lawless valleys of Lebanon in service to the Central Intelligence Agency, or that George Clooney played him in the movie “Syriana.”

Only his bookshelves, packed with volumes about Iraq and the Middle East, give any clue to Baer’s background. A book about the Russian mafia sits next to his chair.

In an interview from that chair, Baer talked about messes in Washington and Iraq, unexplored leads in Iran, and the “curious” town of Silverton.

He has more firsthand experience with terrorists than almost any American, and he is convinced the full story of the Sept. 11 attacks has never been told.

“We don’t know what happened on 9/11. The 9/11 Commission Report was written from witnesses that were tortured — Khalid Sheikh Mohammed,” Baer said, referring to the man who has confessed to dozens of terrorist plot while in U.S. custody.

“So what do we really know?”

It’s a question that helped inspire Baer’s first novel, “Blow the House Down.” The story follows a dissident CIA agent as he tries to untangle a Sept. 11 plot that points to Iran and an American financier who was playing the stock market based on advance knowledge of terrorist attacks.

Just fiction, right?

Not entirely.

“I’m in touch with a guy who went in to his broker at 3 o’clock on 10 September and said, ‘Cash me out.’ His parting shot going out the door was, ‘The market collapses tomorrow morning at 9,’” Baer said. “He’s in jail now.”

Baer doesn’t side with the conspiracy theorists, however, who think the U.S. government destroyed the World Trade Center.

“That’s very unfortunate. It demonstrates a naivete that’s scary,” he said. “It’s not that these people are crazy, it’s just that they’re so consistently lied to, from Vietnam through Iraq.”

The 9/11 Commission never reported the links between al-Qaida and Iran, Baer said. Since his tour of duty in Lebanon in the early 1980s, when the U.S. Embassy and Marine barracks in Beirut were bombed, Baer has been convinced that the trail of international terrorism often leads to Iran.

And by taking out Saddam Hussein, the United States has played into Iranian hands.

“We’ve now put Iran in a position of predominance in the Gulf, thanks to Iraq,” Baer said. “And in case anybody’s forgotten, the Iranian president is a murderer, he’s got blood on his hands, and he’s crazy.”

Before the Iraq war, Baer said Bush administration officials wanted to use his arguments to justify the invasion.

Although the Washington war drums are beating again — against Iran this time — Baer’s phone has stopped ringing.

“I think they eventually figured out I’m fairly far to the left, especially when it comes to foreign policy. I’m far to the right on immigration, only for environmental reasons,” Baer said.

Now 54, he has retired from the CIA and wants no part of Washington. He lives in Silverton with his wife, Dana. He writes a column for Time and skis on Red Mountain. He’s also at work on his second book of fiction, a “real novel” about Iran.

British government documents reveal Israeli involvement in 1976 PFLP hijacking

Newly declassified British intelligence documents have revealed that British diplomats believed that the hijacking of an Israel-bound plane in 1976 by a Palestinian resistance group was aided and abetted by Shin Bet, the Israeli security agency, in order to criminalize the Palestine Liberation Organization and provide justification for continued Israeli military occupation of Palestinian land.
As revealed in the Jerusalem Post yesterday, the document, released by the National Archives, was addressed to the Foreign Office on 30 June 1976 and was written while the crisis was unfolding.
DH Colvin of the Paris Embassy wrote:
"According to his information, the hijack was the work of the PFLP, with help from the Israeli Secret Service, the Shin Beit.
"The operation was designed to torpedo the PLO's standing in France and to prevent what they see as a growing rapprochement between the PLO and the Americans.
"Their nightmare is that after the November elections, one will witness the imposition in the Middle East of a Pax Americana, which will be the advantage of the PLO (who will gain international respectability and perhaps the right to establish a state on evacuated territories) and to the disadvantage of the Refusal Front (who will be squeezed right out in any overall peace settlement and will lose their raison d'etre) and Israel who will be forced to evacuate occupied territory).
"Hence the unholy alliance of the hijacking.
"My contact said the PFLP had attracted all sorts of wild elements, some of whom had been planted by the Israelis."
Hijackers seized the plane shortly after it took off from Athens on June 27. The plane was diverted first to Benghazi, Libya, where it was refueled before to going on to Entebbe airport in Uganda. The siege lasted eight days whereupon remaining hostages, about 100 Jewish Israelis and internationals, were freed when the Israeli military raided the airport on July 3rd, killing 3 hostages, 20 Ugandan soldiers, and all seven hijackers.
The Israeli military destroyed 1/3 of the Ugandan air force during their massive assault on the airport. The commander of the rescue team, Yoni Netanyahu, brother of current opposition head Binyamin Netanyahu (Likud) was also killed.
The revelations from the British diplomats concerned show that false flag and state sponsored terror has long been considered and used as political tool by Western governments and intelligence agencies.
Israel is no exception, its history is replete with illustrative examples of Mossad and Shin Bet manufactured terrorism, from the Lavon Affair in 1954 to the 1972 Munich Olympics massacre (which some German officials believed was a covert operation that spawned a vicious Mossad crackdown on Palestinian resistance), to Mossad's nurturing of Hamas to the discovery of fake “al-Qaeda in Palestine” cells in 2002.

Recent revelations illustrating the fact that the U.S. government is using a Sunni Al-Qaeda terrorist group formerly headed by the alleged mastermind of 9/11 to carry out bombings in Iran undermines the entire war on terror as a monumental hoax that is being exploited purely to realize a geopolitical agenda.
"President George W Bush has given the CIA approval to launch covert "black" operations to achieve regime change in Iran, intelligence sources have revealed. Mr Bush has signed an official document endorsing CIA plans for a propaganda and disinformation campaign intended to destabilise, and eventually topple, the theocratic rule of the mullahs."

"The CIA is giving arms-length support, supplying money and weapons, to an Iranian militant group, Jundullah, which has conducted raids into Iran from bases in Pakistan," the London Telegraph reported yesterday.

Jundullah is a Sunni Al-Qaeda offshoot organization that was formerly headed by alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. Even if you believe the official story of 9/11 to the letter, the fact that Bush has personally authorized U.S. support for this group completely dismantles the facade of the war on terror.

The group has been blamed for a number of bombings inside Iran aimed at destabilizing Ahmadinejad's government and is also active in Pakistan, having been fingered for its involvement in attacks on police stations and car bombings at the Pakistan-US Cultural Center in 2004.

The U.S. government is arming and directing a Sunni Al-Qaeda group to carry out bombings in Iran and yet Bush has the temerity to grandstand during his Rose Garden speech last week and wave the Al-Qaeda bogeyman to strike the fear of God into American citizens.

"As to al Qaeda in Iraq, al Qaeda is going to fight us wherever we are. That's their strategy. Their strategy is to drive us out of the Middle East. They have made it abundantly clear what they want. They want to establish a caliphate. They want to spread their ideology. They want safe haven from which to launch attacks. They're willing to kill the innocent to achieve their objectives, and they will fight us. And the fundamental question is, will we fight them? I have made the decision to do so. I believe that the best way to protect us in this war on terror is to fight them," Bush said on Thursday.

Bush's definition of fighting Al-Qaeda is apparently to lend them all the funds, weapons and tactical know how they need to carry out attacks against innocent civilians in Iran, and let us not forget that America's allies the British have also been caught training insurgents in Iraq to carry out hi-tech bombings that are later blamed on Iran - just as the SAS worked with U.S. special forces to train the KLA in Kosovo, which was also an Al-Qaeda chapter having been financed directly by Bin Laden himself.

But in the world of newspeak and the lowest common denominator propaganda that cloaks the real agenda of the "war on terror", anyone who rises up against occupation, be it a kid who throws a rock in Baghdad or a car bombing on behalf of an increasingly Shiite-led insurgency, the natural enemies of the Sunni "Al-Qaeda," are terrorists and are Al-Qaeda members.

A cruel irony exists whereby anyone and everyone who opposes military occupation is smeared as an Al-Qaeda terrorist and yet the only real Al-Qaeda terrorists are being bankrolled, armed and directed by the CIA itself, with Bush's explicit approval.

Since President Bush didn't know the difference between Sunni & Shiite Muslims until two months before the invasion of Iraq and the incoming chairman of a congressional intelligence committee said Al Qaeda prominently came from the Shia branch of Islam, we can't hold out much hope for Joe Public and this is why the simplest propaganda is always the most effective.

They're the bad guys, we're the good guys - black and white with no shades of gray.

In reality, Al-Qaeda only exists within intelligence circles coordinated by the highest echelons of the U.S. government, and is being used yet again as a tool for destabilization in nations targeted for regime change by the Neo-Cons.

Jundullah is not the only anti-Iranian terror group that US government has been accused of funding in an attempt to pressure the Iranian government.

Multiple credible individuals including US intelligence whistleblowers and former military personnel have asserted that the government is conducting covert military operations inside Iran using guerilla groups to carry out attacks on Iranian Revolution Guard units.

It is widely suspected that the well known right-wing terrorist organization known as Mujahedeen-e Khalq (MEK), once run by Saddam Hussein's dreaded intelligence services, is now working exclusively for the CIA's Directorate of Operations and carrying out remote bombings in Iran of the sort that the Bush administration condemns on a daily basis inside Iraq.

The Spitzer administration announced the settlement of all insurance claims at ground zero yesterday, ensuring that $4.55 billion will be available for rebuilding the World Trade Center site.

The agreement, which the insurers described as the largest single insurance settlement ever undertaken by the industry, ended a protracted legal battle with insurers over payouts related to the terrorist attack.

New York State and Port Authority officials said yesterday that the deal removed any uncertainty over how much money would be available for rebuilding and would enable them to obtain private financing for the $9 billion project.

Officials had worried that the insurance dispute might drag on for years, eating up millions of dollars in lawyers’ fees and potentially delaying reconstruction. The settlement is the culmination of a two-month campaign by the state insurance superintendent, Eric R. Dinallo, and involved meetings in Geneva, Paris and Delaware.

The agreement was reached with seven of the two dozen insurers for the trade center who had not already settled — Allianz Global Risks, Travelers Companies, Zurich American, Swiss Re, Employers Insurance, Industrial Risk Insurers and Royal Indemnity. They agreed to pay a total of $2 billion. The other insurers had already made good on their claims and paid about $2.55 billion.

In recent weeks, Gov. Eliot Spitzer joined the negotiations with the seven companies, which lasted until the early morning yesterday.

“The unsettled insurance claims were the last major barrier to rebuilding and have been bitterly and intensely contested for almost six years,” Governor Spitzer said in an interview. “This means we can now fund construction, access the financial markets and move on to what should be our primary focus: rebuilding.”

Business leaders downtown, who have been frustrated by the legal and political wrangling and years of delays, were elated by the news.

“The downtown business community is pleased with the efforts of the governor and the insurance superintendent in removing the remaining uncertainty over the financing of the World Trade Center site,” said Eric J. Deutsch, president of the Alliance for Downtown New York. “In conjunction with a strong office market, the settlement will ensure success.”

All the parties to yesterday’s settlement signed confidentiality agreements barring them from saying how much each insurance company would pay.

The insurance money is critical to the rebuilding effort, but it can cover only about half of the $9 billion cost of building five towers, retail space and possibly a hotel.

“The train is now moving down the tracks,” said Larry A. Silverstein, the 76-year-old developer who had leased the World Trade Center complex six weeks before the Sept. 11 attack.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which owns the land at ground zero and built the trade center, will get about $870 million from yesterday’s settlement, which is to go toward the cost of erecting the $3 billion Freedom Tower, the tallest and most symbolic skyscraper planned for ground zero, as well as the retail space at the complex.

Mr. Silverstein will get the remaining $1.13 billion for three large office towers to be built along Church Street, between Vesey and Liberty Streets.

As part of the deal, the Port Authority and Mr. Silverstein had to relinquish their claim that the companies owed more than $500 million in interest resulting from delays in making the payments. The insurers, in turn, abandoned their claim that they did not owe the money until the project was completed, in 2012.

Despite the insurance dispute, there has been some activity at the 16-acre trade center site. Hundreds of construction workers are laboring on the Port Authority’s $2 billion PATH train station and the foundation of the Freedom Tower. The authority expects to turn over the eastern portion of the site to Mr. Silverstein at the end of this year so that he can begin building. He completed a nearby tower, 7 World Trade Center, last year.

“Look how far we’ve come in the last year,” Mr. Silverstein said yesterday. “A year ago today, we opened 7 World Trade Center, a huge success and a validation of downtown as a world-class business district. We’ve started construction on the Freedom Tower. We reached an agreement on who would build what and when. And now we have the resources to rebuild as quickly and spectacularly as possible.”

Mr. Spitzer said the agreement, which ends all the litigation, was a collaborative effort on the part of many officials who had lost “patience with the ongoing fighting that didn’t serve the public interest or the effort to rebuild.”

Officials and real estate executives involved in the negotiations said they had asked the administration of Governor Spitzer’s predecessor, George E. Pataki, to have the state’s insurance superintendent become involved in the settlement effort, but that it never happened. That changed in late March when Mr. Spitzer’s superintendent, Mr. Dinallo, convened a meeting of the insurers, the Port Authority and the developer to prod them into a settlement.

Mr. Dinallo was working in tandem with Albert M. Rosenblatt, a retired judge who was overseeing an arbitration proceeding in the case.

Andreas Shell, claims crisis coordinator for Allianz, said at a news conference that it was the largest insurance settlement in industry history and that his company was “extremely happy with the result.”

The insurance battle has been complicated from the start by the circumstances of Mr. Silverstein’s lease of the trade center and the destruction of the complex by terrorists six weeks later. At that time, two dozen insurers had signed binders pledging to provide $3.5 billion in insurance coverage, but had not finished the documents.

An ugly dispute developed over which insurance policy was in effect at the time of the attack. Mr. Silverstein argued that since two jetliners had slammed into the two towers, he was entitled to a double payment on the $3.5 billion policy. But many of the insurers countered that they had agreed to a different policy that did not permit double claims.

In the sparring, the insurers attempted to paint Mr. Silverstein as a rapacious developer interested only in profiteering, while he asserted that the companies were being tight-fisted and shirking their moral and legal responsibilities.

At the end of two lengthy trials in 2004, a federal court found that the insurers owed a maximum of $4.6 billion, less than the $7 billion that Mr. Silverstein originally claimed but more than the $3.5 billion limit of the policy. Ever since, state, city and Port Authority officials have called on the insurance companies to make their payments in full.

Mr. Spitzer thanked 14 politicians yesterday for their help, including Senators Charles E. Schumer and Hillary Rodham Clinton. In a statement, Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg commended the governor and Mr. Silverstein for the settlement.

Professor Steven Jones presented brand new and compelling evidence for the controlled demolition of the twin towers and WTC 7 recently, but the 9/11 debunkers and the corporate media are loathe to tackle it because it represents a slam dunk on proving the collapse of the buildings was a deliberate act of arson.

During a talk at the Rebuilding America's Senses event at the University of Texas last month, Jones laid out facts about steel samples recovered from the WTC site that Popular Mechanics dare not even attempt to debate. Debunkers are scared to even get near this information because the science behind it fundamentally contradicts the official story of what happened on 9/11.

Jones detailed his lab experiments in which he attempted to replicate NIST's conclusion that the lava like orange material flowing out of the south tower is aluminum from Flight 175, the plane that hit the building. Jones clearly documents the fact that liquid aluminum is silver and not orange as is seen in the video of the south tower, therefore the material cannot be aluminum. Jones then explains that the material is in fact a compound that can cut through steel like a hot knife through butter, thermite with sulphur added to make thermate.

The crux of the fresh evidence revolves around newly uncovered globules or spheres that were discovered at the WTC site that Professor Jones was able to obtain and run a electron microscope analysis on.

The spheres contained iron and aluminum, which would be expected in any steel sample, but also sulphur which is a by-product of a thermate reaction.

So having moved from a hypothesis that thermate was used to bring down the towers from using video footage and debunking the aluminum explanation of NIST, Jones now has empirical scientific proof, undertaken under laboratory conditions, that thermate was indeed used as an artificial explosive at the World Trade Center.

It has now been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the collapse of the twin towers and WTC 7 was an act of deliberate arson and not as a result of fires from crashing planes.

Jones' evidence offers no other conclusion that insiders planted thermite devices within the buildings to literally pulverize the supporting columns and cause the collapse of the towers and also WTC 7. Debunkers have uniformly failed to address the existence of thermite and also molten metal at the ground zero site because they cannot dismiss the scientific proof, and are forced to resort to ad hominem insults and smears.

We are issuing a challenge to Popular Mechanics to rebut Professor Jones' analysis of the sphere samples and the clear evidence of thermate at the World Trade Center. Address the focused scientific proof without resorting to ad hominem attacks or straying off topic.

We don't expect the progenitors of yellow journalism to have any answers for what constitutes the smoking gun of controlled demolition.

You have taken to the streets, you have made the DVDs, you have been to the conferences, you have heard the testimony, you have made the calls, you have borne the brunt of criticism, (some of it deserved, some of it contrived to demoralize you), you have read the books, (the official and alternative theories), and you have decided where to cast your lot.

And, you have decided to act!

Ok, now what?

Now is the time to focus your energy like a laser beam. Now is the time to inject yourself into the political debate in this country, and by proxy, to inject discourse about 9/11 into the living rooms of America.

How to do it?

Here is a clue. Last month activists confronted John Kerry with tough questions on WTC7 in Austin, TX. The video was posted to the internet. Alex Jones' infowars.com ran a story on Kerry's obfuscation, and this story was mirrored across the web.

Within days, Webster Griffin Tarpley received a call from one of the producers from Hannity & Colmes, and got to spar with H&C in front of millions of FOX News regulars, about the merits of the official story of 9/11. The producer thought that FOX could make a pinata piece out the video segment, and invited the pre-eminent MIHOP author on to plug his book to millions of people who probably had never seen WTC7 "collapse", and had never heard of "9/11: Synthetic Terror".

Millions.

I repeat:

MILLIONS.

For the next 6 to 7 months, the mainstream media is going to follow the Presidential hopefuls for the Democratic and Republican Parties wherever they go.

So, it is your job to be there, with the toughest questions on 9/11 that you can muster, delivered with clarity and purpose. It's likely that questions about 9/11 aren't going to be spontaneously proposed by the General Electric talking heads during the debates. However, as the candidates tour the country gathering support, you will have opportunites to confront them. Watch your local County Party calendars.

As the Austin activists proved, it only takes one or two people lobbing questions and one person with a handycam to capture some amazing footage.

It's clear that a couple of these candidates have some serious questions to answer.

Especially Mr. Giuliani. Just for starters, how is it that Giuliani got forewarning of WTC "collapses" on 9/11? Did he pass this warning along promptly to all the first responders, or did he just high-tail his ass out of the area, entourage in tow, knowing that their radios weren't going to work anyway? Why did he let the first responders breathe the deadly toxins at Ground Zero without the proper respirators?

(Ron Paul, you could ask these questions too, you know.)

Mrs. Clinton, on the other hand could be quizzed on foreign policy. Specifically, will she, like her husband, facilitate and manipulate Islamic radicals to further geostrategic interests? This is precisely what happened in the 1990s in and around Kosovo, and is documented by the US congress in a minority report by the Republicans, and voluminously in books by Michel Chossudovsky of Canada, and Nafeez Ahmed of Britain.

There are a host of questions to ask, and now I ask you to help compile some of them in the comments area below.

According to NBC's chief Pentagon correspondent, former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said that his "interest is to hit Saddam Hussein" just hours after the attacks on September 11, 2001, "even though all indications pointed at al-Qaida as the guilty party," a Rhode Island newspaper reports.

At the annual Business Expo at the Rhode Island Convention Center Tuesday, NBC's Jim Miklaszewski "advanced a theme garnering attention since former CIA director George J. Tenet made his public revelations last week," writes Tom Mooney for the Providence Journal.

"Some things are right on the mark, when he says the Bush administration appeared predisposed to attack Iraq," Miklaszewski says of Tenet's book At the Center of the Storm.

The NBC correspondent's "information" comes from "off the record" notes given to him from an unidentified person who was "in the White House situation room in the hours after the attacks."

"However, the notes describe, Miklaszewski said, then-Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld vowing to avenge the terrorist attacks by voicing frustration that attacks against the U.S. Embassy in Beirut in 1983 and the attack on the Cole, in 2000, had gone unavenged," Mooney writes. "Reading from his notes, Miklaszewski quoted Rumsfeld as saying five hours after the terrorist attacks: 'My interest is to hit Saddam Hussein at the same time we go after al-Qaida.'"

Recently, some intrepid Truthers (are there any other kind?) cornered Senator Swiftboat himself and asked John kerry about the sudden collapse of WTC-7, that 47 story US government building never mentioned in the Kean Commission Report. Was it a controlled demolition, these Truthers asked?
"Well that's a new one to me," Said Kerry. "I do know that that wall, I remember, was in danger and I think they made the decision based on the danger that it had in destroying other things-- that they did it in a controlled fashion..But I'll check on the story-- I'll take a look at it based on what you've said. You're the first people anywhere in the country who've brought this to my attention."
Really, Senator Kerry? First people? The first people to mention to you, sir, a controlled demotion may have occured at the WTC more than five years? The first people anywhere in the country? You, Senator Kerry, NEVER heard any other whispers about a controlled demolition before? Never heard any of your constituents in Massachusetts ask you about inconsistencies, and whether 911 might be an inside job?
Truly, the more I hear so-called intelligent well-informed people, like Senator Kerry, whether liberal or conservative, talk about 911, the more I realize what damn fools these educated and well-paid people are. How truly debased their thought processes--if they ever really possessed any independent thought processes--have become, through the power of propaganda and the belief in smoke and mirrors pseudo-science.
A Truther will look at a thing and try to determine, logically, scientifically, statistically or experimentally (when possible), whether a thing is true or false. A debunker will look at a thing and declare how scientific principals only apply to SOME things and not others.
Debunkers resemble that rich and well-educated fellow at the rail of the doomed Titanic who exclaimed: 'This ship cannot possibly sink!' Meanwhile the uneducated coal stokers stand beside him, shaking their grimy heads, having seen torrents of water gushing into the ship, and thinking what idiots these educated people are because they want--NO, DEMAND!--unscientific things to be true.
Most Truthers are like scientists, researchers, and good detectives. Most debunkers resemble stubborn alchemists, having devised a pet hypothesis, that is 'a tentative theory about the natural world; a concept that is not yet verified,' and several lofty mathematical equations, they continue trying--and failing--to melt pot metal into gold.
Truthers believe, most of us anyway, that science is empirical, that is, 'relying upon or derived from observation or experiment.' Debunkers believe a thing is true because they wish it to be so and say it is so, or because their powerful and dictatorial government tells them it is so. Debunkers rely less on science and more upon those with advanced degrees, hired by that powerful, dictatorial government, to say 911 happene exactly as the government says it did.
Just because a dissenting theory is stated over and over again, does not make it true or false. Truth is in the verifiable, in the testing and retesting, in observing a hundred or a thousand times over. Not in the declared fragility or lack of integrity in modern steel skyscrapers, or in the integrity (or lack thereof) in government experts. 911 Science is not a popularity contest. Given the choice, I would much rather trust in the honest integrity of that skyscraper.
Truthers see a skyscraper falling from the sky, and then witness a second and a third skyscraper falling at near gravitational speed, and think how odd, how suspicious and how very unusual. None had ever happened before or since. Debunkers see falling skyscrapers and say, how natural, given the laws of gravity and the destructive power of fire.
Truthers thus look at that fire closely and realize--after thousands of years of mankind's experience with smelters, hundreds of years of engineering iron & steel beam construction, centuries of fuel experiments and our innate knowledge of oxygen, how absurd and unlikely an oxygen-starved fuel fire would cause not one but three skyscrapers to collapse at near gravitation speed due to heat weakening the steel core in a fifty minute fire.
As a controlled experiment that feat could not be duplicated in ten thousand years.
Debunkers therefore hired scientists to tell us commoners the NEW laws pertaining to heat, metal, mass, convection and conduction and gravity. These debunker scientists informed us how the OLD time-tested and verifiable scientific laws do not apply in the continental US after the expiration date of September 1st 2001.
Truthers then asked HOW modern steel beams, with a melting point exceeding 2500 degrees Fahrenheit, could be found in pools beneath the WTC rubble weeks later, yet a fuel fire cannot exceed 1500 degrees? Debunkers could not answer then and refused to answer still.
Instead, debunkers debased and denied the veracity of these very same professionals who saw the pools of molten metal. Thus they selectively skewed the experiment and debased their own observations, sabotaging their entire case.
Truthers ask the WHY and HOW, never claiming superior intelligence as proof of the validity of their claims, trying instead to understand the crucial details and anomalies of 911. Because WE ARE IGNORANT OF 911 FACTS, WE DEMAND PROOF.
Instead, Debunkers claim their superior list of scientists with advanced degrees somehow proves their THEORIES are superior. But but denying their theories have ever been tested, they show their ignorance of how science works. Debunkers deny (when not outright lying) the hundreds of scientific anomalies, waving away the hundreds of suspicious coincidences, destroying any credibility they might once have possessed.
Debunkers are thus junk scientists and alchemists.
Truthers are akin to Galileo, Leonardo and Edison.

Two persons identifying themselves as New York police officers interrupted a 9/11 Truth demonstration-- on a public sidewalk in front of the new WTC 7 Building-- to intimidate free speech, stating "Larry [Silverstein] doesn't want to hear it," before accusing We Are Change founder Luke Rudkowski of having a bomb and that his cell phone was "a gun."

The officer was apparently responding to refusals to stop filming their faces as police attempted to impede free speech on behalf of Larry Silverstein-- making slanderous and knowingly false accusations:

"I think he's got a bomb in his bag. Saw wires coming out. Think he's got a bomb in there."

The police officer carried on during the encounter, saying "A terrorist act-- I guess they go away for about 30 days."

Rudkowski tell him he is not a terrorist and that he is an American citizen. The officer responds, "You're right. But by the time the government figures it out, you'll be in the hole for 30 days."

The officer made the statements on camera with a notable smirk, and made no attempt to distance himself or other witnesses from any physical danger (as he would have done he actually believed the activist had a bomb). The officer went on to give away his criminal behavior-- still on tape, despite ongoing demands he and the other officer made that the cameras be shut off.

Alex Jones commented, "We have New York police ON TAPE threatening to frame someone for terrorism in a nonchalant fashion. How bad would it have gotten if there were no cameras around? If they'll talk like this ON CAMERA, heaven help us."

People are arrested every day for joking about bombs or making other bomb references, even if it is clearly not meant to be serious.

This man identified himself as a police officer and accused Rudkowski of 'having a bomb' and 'being a terrorist' to silence his free speech for Larry Silverstein. It is a serious federal and state crime to publicly state that someone has a bomb and is a terrorist when not true-- like extreme example of yelling fire in a theatre-- and needs to be prosecuted.

Such knowingly misleading and false information is not only malicious and immoral, but has been made specifically illegal under the Anti-Hoax Terrorism Act of 2003-- and expanded for more stringency in 2004 and the Terrorism Prevention Act of 2006, not to mention long-standing protections against defamation and public endangerment. There are also many state and local laws prohibiting such activity.

This man who identified himself as a police officer insisted that Rudkowski and other members of WeAreChange.org must cease videotaping him.

Based on this video evidence alone, this officer should receive a prison sentence and would be liable for civil damages as well-- not only to the wronged demonstrator, but by law enforcement for a dangerous waste of resources, as cited by Ted Kennedy's commentary regarding expansion:

"In addition, this measure expands civil liability to allow federal and state governments to seek reimbursement from someone who knows that emergency personnel are responding to a hoax and fails to inform authorities that no such event has occurred."

Rudkowski was not only intimidated by the corrupt and criminal officer, but his camera was confiscated. Shortly afterwards, police also confiscated his cell phone, claiming that it was "a gun," according to Rudkowski.

The detective also snickered and "sang"tauntingly at Rudkowski, "Guess who's going to jail? Guess who's going to jail?"

Luke was not arrested, but was detained for over an hour while police deliberated over whether take further action.

This officer makes equal attempts to intimidate and ridicule Rudkowski.

Luke Rudkowski told the perpetrating policeman that his statements were "slanderous," denying ridiculous accusations that he was a terrorist.

The officer again responded, "I saw wires. You look like a terrorist. I don't know what a terrorist looks like. You may be a terrorist for all I know...You've made threats; now I'm concerned."

It is obvious from the recorded video that the demonstration was peaceful, no laws were broken and no threats were made. It is also clear that the reason he approached the group did not regard suspicion of threatening behavior, but to tell them that "Larry didn't want to hear it."

This is an important update to the now infamous CLIP 15

About a week ago I posted an audio file of radio chatter on 9/11.

At first I thought it had some of the 1st responders radio conversations on 9/11 like the NYPD channel or the Port Authority Police channel.

With help from EditorMG we read A LOT of 9/11 transcripts looking for a way to authenticate the audio clip known as "Clip 15".

We found nothing.

Until tonight....

The following video is the New 911 Mystery clip I lovingly called Clip 15.

It is imperative that you listen to the whole audio file (which takes about five minutes).

In it you will here conversations between what I thought were 1st responders the day of the attacks, talking about looking for a truck/van containing explosives with a mural painted on it side of a plane crashing into New York City.

The truck is found and there are four suspects, two flee the truck and are captured and then the truck is reported as just blowing up!

Over the last week I have tried to verify this clip.

The suspects were obviously not middle eastern terrorist or should I say they must have not fit the 9/11 plane highjacker profile. Because we never heard more about them.

They couldn't have been NY crack dealers. Because I don't think crack dealers drive trucks around packed with MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF EXPLOSIVES.

Were they released?

And if so......why?

Is it possible they were CIA, maybe even Blackwater mercenaries caught red handed and released......by the FBI?

Hmmmmmmm?

THE CONSPIRACY grows deeper. but another layer of the onion has been peeled away. We all need to dig deeper and try as hard as we can to find who theses suspects were, where they are and why weren't we told more about them.

It is only a guess. But I am still working on this and of course will post my findings as soon as I get more EVIDENCE.

UPDATE-4/19/2007

Well now it turns out that this was not just one truck bomb on 9/11, that were weren't told about but two separate truck bombs!

I took the information from both the audio clip and the News clip and plotted the locations of the so-called truck on Google Earth and found out that we have two very different locations. Separated by just under ten miles! It all so appears that the one that blew up was the one at Kings St. between 6th Ave and 7th Ave.

Former FBI Director Louis Freeh took leaders of the former 9/11 commission to the woodshed in a recent opinion piece in the Wall Street Journal . Freeh criticized Thomas Kean and Lee Hamilton, former Chair and Vice Chair, respectively, of the 9/11 commission, regarding the Defense Department’s “Able Danger” project.

According to Freeh, Able Danger had concluded that military personnel had identified Mohamed Atta as an al Qaeda agent operating in the U.S. at least by early 2000. This revelation arrived in August 2005, over a year after the 9/11 commission published its final report.

In that report,[2] the commission did not mention Able Danger, and concluded that the alleged lead hijacker Atta had not been identified prior to the attacks. After the Able Danger reports came out a year later, however, one group of victim family members, the September 11 Advocates, issued a statement that said they were “horrified” to learn of this information, especially as it was not included in the 9/11 commission report.

In an August 12, 2005 statement, Kean and Hamilton responded to the new revelations and resulting heated questions. They asserted, among other contested rationale, that the Able Danger project “did not turn out to be historically significant, set against the larger context of U.S. policy and intelligence efforts that involved Bin Ladin and al Qaeda.”[3]

In his November 17, 2005 Wall Street Journal article, Freeh sharply criticized Kean and Hamilton. He stated that the commission’s failure to adequately investigate Able Danger “raises serious challenges with respect to the commission’s credibility and, if the facts prove out, might just render the commission historically insignificant itself.” In turn, Freeh offered a number of compelling reasons for pursuing a fresh investigation into unknowns about Able Danger.

Mindy KleinbergFreeh has not been alone. Less than a week after Kean and Hamilton released their August 12, 2005 statement, leaders of the September 11th Advocates responded. This statement[4] criticized Kean and Hamilton in fairly blistering language, particularly with respect to the description of Able Danger as not "historically significant." In an interview, Mindy Kleinberg -- whose husband died in the World Trade Center -- stated, "They somehow made a determination that this was not important enough. To me, that says somebody there is not using good judgment. And if I'm questioning the judgment of this one case, what other things might they have missed?"[5] Kleinberg’s question was joined by similar observations by many, including Rep. Christopher Shays of Connecticut, who was quoted “If this wasn’t reported by the commission, what else wasn’t reported?”[6]
Some other “insignificant” things

Here is one way to try to identify similarly significant but under-reported issues. If having former members of the 9/11 commission call things “not … historically significant” suggests serious issues may be under the rug, where else has the 9/11 commission applied this dismissive language?

A word search on the 585-page final report of the 9/11 commission produces nothing else, strictly speaking, described as “not historically significant” or “historically insignificant.” However, the commission applied quite similar language in one other material instance. On p. 172 of the final report, after discussing money laundering issues, the commission concluded, "To date, the U.S. government has not been able to determine the origin of the money used for the 9/11 attacks. Ultimately, the question is of little practical significance."

This rather ridiculous statement suggests that some of the biggest bones may be buried in the financial area. Examples include wire transfers from Pakistan to Mohamed Atta in Florida bank accounts in mid-2001, a spike in U.S. currency growth in July and August 2001, suspicious activity reporting by financial institutions in July and August 2001, and the commission’s misleading description of the emphasis on counterterrorism in anti-money laundering initiatives.
Wire transfers to Mohamed Atta

As early as October 2001, government investigative work and media reports publicly suggested that Mohamed Atta had been receiving wire transfers in bank accounts in Florida in the year before 9/11.[7] Some of those transfers were reported to have been arranged by people linked to Pakistani intelligence services as well as al-Qaeda.

One of those reportedly[8] involved in making the transfers left his position as Director of the Pakistani intelligence service soon after September 11. This person happened to be visiting Washington the week before 9/11, and was having breakfast with leaders of the Senate and House Intelligence Committees on the very morning of 9/11 – leaders of the subsequent Congressional Joint Inquiry into the events of September 11.

A complete discussion of what we know about these transfers, whether these transfers were or were not made, and if they were, who arranged them and how, would seem to be a critical element of any full and complete investigation.[9] Yet, amazingly, and yet, perhaps not so amazingly, they went unmentioned in the 9/11 commission’s final report.

Currency Growth 2001
In saying that the origin of the money used for the 9/11 attacks was of “little practical significance,” the commission asserted that al Qaeda could have easily tapped other funding sources. In the case of these possible wire transfers, this seems to be a bit like saying that the identity of the person who may have paid to help a murderer take a plane to go kill people is not practically significant, given that the murderer could have found other people willing to pay for the flight.

The wire transfers to Atta were received in bank accounts in Florida. A second money issue undiscussed by the 9/11 commission may also have connections to Florida, among other places.
Rapid currency growth in July/August 2001

The stock of U.S. currency circulating outside banks rose especially rapidly in July and August 2001. In fact, the increase from June to August 2001 was the largest such June-August increase in the currency component of M1 since 1947, the first year for which this data is reported by the Federal Reserve.[10] The August increase alone was the third largest single monthly increase since 1947, trailing only December 1999 (with pre-Y2K concern as well as terrorism threats) and January 1991 (the onset of US military action in Iraq, and an important enforcement month in the BCCI money laundering scandal). The dollar amounts are significant, at least to the Average Joe. The above-average growth in currency in July and August 2001 totaled over $5 billion.[11]

Why might currency circulating outside of banks have risen so sharply in July and August 2001? A bird in the hand, the saying goes, is worth two in the bush. Under money laundering and other laws, including those applied in a time of war or a declared national emergency, assets in the banking system can be frozen and seized. The implied incentives help explain a related phenomenon called “wartime hoarding.” Historically, in wartime, currency in circulation outside of banks has tended to rise relative to other forms of money like bank deposits.

In part due to efforts of the 9/11 commission, we now have a greater appreciation of the extensive intelligence warnings that arose (quietly, from the public’s point of view) in mid-2001. The spike in currency growth in July and August may have arisen as anyone mindful that their financial assets might be seized or otherwise at risk after the attacks converted their bank accounts to a more liquid asset before the attacks.

Was “wartime hoarding” at work right before 9/11? The conversion of bank accounts into currency could have been responsible for the surge in currency in July and August 2001.

As noted above, the final report of the 9/11 commission stated that the origins of the money used to fund the attacks were “ultimately … of little practical significance.” Certainly, the alleged 9/11 hijackers did not need a great deal of money to carry out their mission. But tracking financial activity could still provide evidence useful to help understand and prosecute the crimes.

Focusing on transactions directly involving 19 alleged hijackers misses the forest for the trees. The surge in currency in July and August 2001 may have arisen in accounts for people related to a broader conspiracy. Investigating that broader money flow could yield important findings. For example, when the currency was ordered for shipment, was it ordered in advance of 9/11 by people with knowledge attacks were imminent? Yet the final report of the 9/11 commission makes no mention of the extraordinary growth in currency in circulation in July and August 2001, nor any related investigative efforts.

Why might this issue be particularly important, as touched on above, in light of the fact that Atta was reported to have received wire transfers in a bank account in Florida? A flowering scandal involving one of the owners of a fleet of casino boats in Florida may provide an important investigatory avenue.[12] Atta was reportedly aboard one of those boats soon before 9/11.[13] Was he just gambling? Were casino boats, financial institutions, aviation companies, or other parties in Florida involved in extraordinary currency shipments just prior to, or soon after, 9/11? Atta’s alleged appearance on a casino boat -- or any investigation of that appearance and its implications -- goes unmentioned in the 9/11 commission’s final report.

This leads to another topic unmentioned in the 9/11 commission’s final report. Atta was reported to have visited not only casino boats, but also Las Vegas, in the weeks before 9/11. Casinos, like casino boats, have a lot of currency. Their operation provides the means for distributing currency. The final report of the 9/11 commission did describe the timing of Atta’s visits in Las Vegas, but the word “casino” is not to be found.

Nor does the final report draw any connection between the existence of substantial amounts of currency in Las Vegas and the fact that several extraordinary airplane flights left soon after 9/11, including some from Florida and at least two from Las Vegas. These flights carried relatives of Osama bin Laden, as well as other people from Saudi Arabia said to be concerned for their safety.[14] One of the controversial flights that left soon after 9/11 reportedly included a bank CEO. Another passenger of interest was the former head of Saudi intelligence, who had left his post in August 2001.[15]
Did anyone check the luggage?

Were large amounts of currency being shipped in other ways for these passengers, or people related to them? More generally, how much currency moving after 9/11 was originally shipped in July and August, when we saw the surge in currency circulating outside of banks?

President George W. Bush first signed an executive order freezing bank accounts relating to 9/11 on September 24, 2001. All but one of the above-noted controversial flights were gone before September 24, however, while one of them left that day. Even if they left without substantial sums of currency aboard, and even if the people on the planes were not directly connected, similar efforts to transport currency may have been pursued in July, August and early September, as well.

Further south, banking conditions were deteriorating in Argentina. This may provide a less sinister reason for the surge in currency in July and August 2001. Yet a downdraft in U.S. dollar-denominated deposits in Argentina may itself have been related, at least partially, to 9/11. Large depositors concerned that their savings might be frozen may have been trying to withdraw currency in Argentina, as well.
Suspicious activity reporting

Some of the tools used to monitor possible money laundering abuses and to investigate crimes after they occur include “suspicious activity reports.” They used to be called “criminal referrals,” and are normally prepared when banks and other financial institutions are required by law and regulation to report transactions relating to suspected criminal activity.

On August 2, 2001, at a time when intelligence warnings of impending terrorist attacks were intensifying and currency growth was spiking higher, the Federal Reserve Board of Governors issued a non-routine supervisory letter to the Federal Reserve Banks.[16]

This letter stated that the importance of monitoring suspicious activity reports had long been recognized by the Federal Reserve, and then emphasized that it was important that the Reserve Banks continue to do so. The letter did not explain why it was issued when it was issued, given that this was a need that had long been recognized.

Intelligence warnings on terrorism were rising significantly in mid-2001, and with terrorism and its financing already recognized as an important element of the national money laundering strategy (see below), a plausible question arises whether the August 2, 2001 supervisory letter was related to these warnings. We didn’t learn until early 2005, for example, that the FAA had received numerous warnings of a terrorist threat during mid-2001.[17]

The August 2, 2001 date might be especially coincidental. In Forbidden Truth, authors Jean-Charles Brisard and Guillaume Dasquie report that negotiations between the Taliban and representatives of the United States over energy production issues in Afghanistan ended on August 2, 2001. Four days later, President Bush received a “PDB” – a Presidential Daily Brief – with a headline warning that bin Laden was “determined to strike in US,” and the body text of the PDB referred to “patterns of suspicious activity.”

If intelligence warnings prompted the Federal Reserve to issue the August 2, 2001 supervisory letter, how well and how quickly was that intelligence incorporated into any investigation into the surge in currency growth in July/August 2001? Federal Reserve banks, for that matter, ship currency to banks, who move it in turn into public circulation. The August 2 letter may not have been related to terrorism intelligence warnings, of course, but we have no evidence that the issue was explored by the 9/11 commission.

The final report of the 9/11 commission also makes no mention of a spike in suspicious activity reports in July and August 2001. The chart below shows the number of suspicious activity reports filed in the U.S. from 1997 to 2001; the line at the top is for January through August, 2001.[18]

The final report of the 9/11 commission does state (in a footnote) that no financial institution filed a suspicious activity report regarding a transaction of any of the 19 people that the report identified as hijackers. This statement is repeated in the staff monograph on terrorist financing that followed one month after the final report.[19] However, as noted above, the transactions of 19 people can miss the forest for the trees. The report does not state whether any suspicious activity reports relating to terrorism, period, were filed in the months before 9/11, or whether the commission even looked into it. Maybe they didn’t.
Money laundering initiatives related to terrorism

The final report of the 9/11 commission provides a vivid description of intelligence warnings rising in the months before September 11.[20] However, the most meaningful relevant reference to money laundering in this regard is true only in a very narrow sense.

Every year since 1999, the U.S. government has issued a national money laundering strategy report, as required by law. On page 186 of its final report, the 9/11 commission stated that the Treasury Department did not consider terrorist financing important enough to mention in the national money laundering strategy report before September 11.

The national money laundering strategy report for 2001 was dated September 12, 2001, so this statement may be true in a very narrow sense. That 2001 report did deal with terrorism as an important topic,[21] however, even though it did not refer to the events of September 11. More importantly, the Treasury Department’s national money laundering strategy reports for 1999[22] and 2000[23] stressed terrorism and its financing, directly and prominently, as an important end to which anti-money laundering efforts (including suspicious activity reporting and analysis) were to be directed.

Also in the late 1990s the Financial Action Task Force (the FATF, where the United States is significantly represented) repeatedly stressed terrorism threats in its international guidance. In turn, the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network’s “Suspicious Activity Report Review” dated June 2001 described a late-2000 FATF “Typologies Exercise,” where the major issues examined included terrorist financing as well as the role of cash vs. other payment methods in money laundering schemes.[24]

In mid-2001, terrorism was a known object of anti-money laundering efforts. Yet the commission erred considerably in its assertions about the importance of terrorism in the national money laundering strategy, among other areas. Why?
Conclusion

In their August 12, 2005 statement dismissing Able Danger as “not … historically significant,” former 9/11 commission chairs Kean and Hamilton echoed their final report of a year earlier, which stated that

"To date, the U.S. government has not been able to determine the origin of the money used for the 9/11 attacks. Ultimately, the question is of little practical significance."

Amidst speculation that classified projects related to and possibly including Able Danger were tracking financial transactions, the coincidence may be more than coincidental.[25]

Under-explored financial issues relating to 9/11 appear to be part of a broader, significant problem. The 585-page final report of the 9/11 commission is extensively footnoted and superficially impressive. Many people worked long and hard on it. However, in a statement following the Able Danger revelations several months ago, members of the September 11th Advocates (the above-noted victim families group) aptly described the report as a “hollow failure.”[26] Unanswered questions pointing to serious issues abound, and in a variety of areas.[27]

More recently, members of the former 9/11 commission issued a ‘report card’ on the performance of the government in enacting their recommendations. The fact that the only A issued (out of 41 graded areas) was in the area of terrorist financing could be another clue that big bones are buried in this area. Putting the value of their recommendations aside, it is worth recalling that dismal report cards have been issued on the 9/11 commission itself, notably by the Family Steering Committee.[28]

Congress should heed the call of 9/11 family leaders and others and hold hearings on the Able Danger project, with the leaders of that project enabled to testify as part of a broader, thorough and urgent inquiry. The structure of such an inquiry is critical, as one of the topics should be the performance of the “independent, bipartisan” 9/11 commission itself, a product of the Congress as well as the President.

For a minority elite that clings to power by the manipulation of the masses using an omnipresent cocktail of lies, deception, mass-produced ignorance and ingrained propaganda, the destruction of truth is an essential method of control. It is a formula that has worked to unmitigated success for the elite throughout history, whether the shadows of power stretch from ancient pyramids, marble temples, castles, mansions or halls of governance. Those holding the levers of power and control understand, better than most, that the dissemination of truths to a blind majority could spell the end of their reign, for truth brings sight to the blind.

These entities understand that truth is like a massive breath of fresh mountain air, pure and energizing, refreshing and invigorating, and that once inhaled by the masses, the balance of control can easily be disturbed and seriously threatened. Revolution of the many against the few oftentimes results, mostly to the enormous detriment of the powerful. They know that widespread circulation of the truths of what they have done in the past and are at present doing to the majority could light a flame onto a massive cauldron overflowing with dry kindling, sparking an enormous inferno of anger. Truth, in short, could lead to an awakening of hundreds of millions of human beings who for too long have had their minds held captive by the instruments of control used by those in power.

It is for this reason that truth is hidden, fought, ridiculed, destroyed and suppressed, why it is emaciated and torn to bits, why its advocates and defenders are smeared, ostracized and silenced, their reputations purposefully shattered, their lives picked apart and criticized. Truth must never be allowed to gain momentum or be exposed, which is why truth seekers must be made examples. Those in power will fight tooth and nail to destroy the messenger of truth, yet will never answer the questions or investigate the proposition presented by the message itself. Better that truth remain a microcosm of darkness in the American subconscious rather that it be allowed to sprout from the fertile soils of free-thinking minds.

Thus, as can readily be seen on a daily basis, both in the corporatist stenograph called the mass media and inside the halls of governance – for those willing to open their eyes and see, for those that have escaped the slavery of thought – is the perpetual attempt to make extinct all traces of inconvenient truths that might upset the long-standing balance that maintains the few in mastery over the many. The crimes of the elite over the masses must never see light of day. Truth, therefore, is and always will remain the true enemy of those in power; lies, propaganda, manipulation and ignorance are their weapons, the methods by which they have always ruled over the masses, the master key to control.

So it comes as no surprise that over the course of the last sixty years, since the inception of television, since the rise of the military-industrial-energy complex, since the growth and corruption of the corporate world, since the marriage of government with the corporate world, better known as fascism, that all manner of truth has been hidden in the deep recesses of America’s black holes and tight-locked vaults.

In order to keep the beautiful minds of Americans from being distracted, upset or informed, in order to prevent truth from ever reaching the cauldron of mass awakening, the corporate media has purposefully been mutated into a propaganda and manipulation machine unlike the world has ever seen. Mass media has become, in the course of a few decades, a tool of dumbed-down distraction, suppression of truth, creator of ignorance, disseminator of disinformation and a stenograph for the corporatist elements that rule America. It is, quite simply, the elite’s evolved mechanism of control that maintains the masses in quiet and unknown servitude.

There is no innocence and altruism with the corporate media; it has been designed for one purpose: to control human beings, from cradle to grave, to the dictates of our corporatist masters, making us over the course of our lives obedient consumers, producers and slaves to the corporate world. It has been designed, through years of trial and error, to make of us all a grandiose army of good Americans, compliant, acquiescent, passive and ignorant, a nation of serfs in feudal servitude to corporatist lords.

Make no mistake, to those governing over our lives, we are nothing but the cogs in the system of consumer and producer, nothing but the energy that feeds the giant engine of mass production and consumption that only serves to fatten the wallets of the corporatist world and the levers of control over our lives. Thus, inconvenient truths about their methods of control and manipulation will always be massacred in favor of charades and fictions, in favor of propaganda and dumbed down infotainment, lest the truth of what America has become be allowed to permeate throughout the dormant minds of 300 million citizens.

Yet truth always has a way of unearthing itself from the mass graves of suppression, for its virtue, and by consequence its pursuit, is inherent in the minds and spirit of billions of human beings. The thirst for truth is as human as the hunger for justice. It is an absolute of the human experience, especially in the wake of lies and known deceptions, when those in power seek to squash it or when evidence proves incontrovertible. Thus, truth is a passion sought when experience, knowledge, research and the naked eye tell us that the lies and deceits bombarded into our lives do not make sense. For truth does not lie, as evidence and facts and the unmistakable laws of science point in a certain direction, toward a certain reality. Truth in the usurpation of justice compels the human spirit to pursue it unequivocally, in an attempt to right what has been made wrong, to restore justice where it has been trampled.

Human beings do not respond well to lies and deception, and the bigger the lie, the more malignant the truth, the greater is the quest to uncover what has been hidden, especially when the truth is as self-evident to common sense as to logic and reason and analysis and research. Humankind, by and large, craves the truth in everyday life, detesting lies, charades and manipulations. We also seek the concepts of justice where injustice dwells, desiring to bring justice to a world we know is full of injustice. The quest for truth and justice compels us forward, brings us strength, mobilizes energy and unites truth seekers.

It is our love for humankind, our respect for life, our desire for a better world, our hatred of wickedness and injustice and deception and all the evils the truth we seek has created and brought forth that compels in us the responsibility to bring honor and dignity to those whose voice and energy have been silenced, to bring justice to criminals and murderers and malfeasant evildoers, to restore balance to a tilting world, to awaken those yet to see the grand lie for what it is, to bring bravery to those still too frightened of the consequences of knowing the truth.

Catastrophe of a Post 9/11 World

Most importantly, perhaps, those that already know the truth – as horrible as its reality is, as mind bending as its ramifications are – those whose minds have been emancipated beyond the lies, distortions, manipulations and massive propaganda, fight to expose the truth and free the minds of tens of millions of Americans because they see what it has wrought, what it has spawned in the name of every American citizen. They see new Pearl Harbors leading to perpetual war and perpetual fear for perpetual profit, power and control. They see a century-long war on concocted dark skinned enemies from alien lands, conveniently scapegoated as America’s new bogeyman, conveniently living atop billions of barrels of petroleum, their lands strategic and vital for the aspirations of a delusional empire. They see the purposeful murder of their fellow countrymen as the marketing ploy by which empire seekers unleash hell on Earth, resulting in untold death, suffering and ever-growing levels of hatred against American citizens.

They see the destruction of America as we know it. They see the decimation of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, the shredding of civil liberties and rights, the rape of Lady Liberty, the extinction of habeas corpus and due process. They see a future saturated by a police state, a place where neighbor spies on neighbor, where children are programmed in the tenets of fascism. They see once cherished freedoms criminalized, the ability to think freely eviscerated. They see a nation controlled by perpetual fear, with a corporatist government controlling how we think and act using color-coded alerts and false alarms designed to terrorize the citizenry into giving up even more freedoms. They see a century of psychological war upon the American people by our own leaders, using their power to concoct wars based on lies, using their control over us to murder hundreds of thousands of human beings, all the while imprisoning us further in the cages of authoritarian rule.

They see America’s rural and urban poor, young in mind and body, conscripted into perpetuity, their destiny becoming cannon fodder for their corporatist masters, dying not for freedom’s ring or democracy’s protection but for protecting pipelines, spigots and the ballooning profits of the military industrial energy complex. The Truth Movement sees thousands of lives once promising and full of talent wasted killing innocent people, sent to die unprotected into a burning inferno, believing lies of protecting freedoms and bringing democracy, returning home maimed in body and mind, deep psychological fissures ripping through their minds and lives, left to rot in the halls of apathy and corruption.

What truth seekers see, and which so many so-called left gatekeepers, writers, reporters and intellectuals fail to comprehend, is that the inside job of 9/11, for that is what this truth is called, allowed predetermined and planned wars of aggression to become reality. It allowed a decades-long plan of perpetual war and fear and empire building and mass murder to begin, and continue relentlessly, leaving the American people as the sacrificial lambs to blowback, karmic terror and untold sacrifice. The new Pearl Harbor, for that is what 9/11 was, was but the first bomb to explode in a psychological war aimed at the American people. Indeed, 9/11 was designed, like the Reichstag fire in 1930’s Nazi Germany, and as other false flag operations throughout history, as the first salvo in a war of propaganda and fear upon the American people. Without exposing the criminality, 9/11 will not be the last attack by the enemy within against the American people. If left unchecked, America as we know it will not survive. Indeed, if not stopped, we will not see peace and security in our lifetimes. This post 9/11 world vision will never cease, taking us all down with it, including our children, who will one day wonder what freedoms and rights were.

It was 9/11, after all, that shifted our world into what we have today. Without 9/11, the American people would have never become the crazed and hypnotized warmongers that they inevitably became, allowing criminals and murderers in government to invade, attack and occupy lands that had no reason for attack. Hypnotized inside the clouds of 9/11 and easily manipulated by terror and insecurity, the American people gave the criminals and murderers in power free reign to murder and pillage and rape and torture and destroy in our name. 9/11 allowed Bush and his cabal of criminality carte blanche to do as they pleased, unrestricted and unquestioned, given power never before granted a group of individuals. This impact on the American populace 9/11 was specifically designed to achieve.

With the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq having been green-lighted many months before 9/11 even came into existence, the criminals and murderers in the military-industrial-energy complex and the pro Likud/AIPAC neoconservative needed a catalyzing event that would mobilize the American citizenry, turning hundreds of millions of ordinary, peace loving people into the united voice demanding vengeance and death to the Arab world. Quite conveniently, those lands the cabal of criminality sought to conquer were the exact ones the concocted enemy was from.

Through 9/11, the American population would enter a submissive, acquiescent and warlike state, becoming the army of good Americans our rulers have always dreamed of possessing. 9/11 allowed America and her people to be hypnotized by a catalyzing event that was played and replayed hundreds of times, thereby ingraining itself into the American psyche. Propaganda in the corporatist controlled mass media made sure to hammer down its horrors, its wickedness, its masterminds and its reasons. A new enemy had been created; new excuses were discovered as to why they had attacked us: they hate us for our freedoms, for our democracy, for our way of life the talking heads exhaled. Fear on steroids was allowed to permeate the airwaves, as always making sure to emphasize who the enemy was, as always hiding uncomfortable truths from ever coming to light. It was our government, not the so- called evildoers, that since 2001 has blitzkrieged terror into our daily lives. It is it, more than anything else, that is the real terrorist organization. Much of the world already acknowledges this reality.

The massive propaganda machine of the corporatist world was unleashed, night and day, on a bewildered and frightened populace. The war on terror had been born, an enemy had been found to replace the dreaded Communist, and scapegoats were chosen to have the fires of hell unleashed onto their lands. In a matter of days after 9/11, the dreaded Patriot Act was introduced and soon passed, at once decimating many civil liberties and rights of Americans. Yet nobody bothered to ask how a document so extensive and complicated, so massive in its regulations and laws, was written in such a short amount of time after 9/11. For if it had been written before 9/11, as many suspect, would this not invite suggestions of premeditation and foreknowledge, of a desire to destroy liberties and freedoms, waiting patiently for a new Pearl Harbor to do just that?

With the oil fields of Iraq and quite possibly Iran having been carved up and selected for exploitation by American and British oil conglomerates months before 9/11, in the Cheney Energy Task Force, with the Taliban given an ultimatum to open up Afghanistan to American oil and gas pipelines, with a choice of either riches or war in the months prior to 9/11, and with the Bush Administration negligently unconcerned with terrorism prior to 9/11, yet fully committed to war with Iraq, as per PNAC and the neocons, only the arrival of a new Pearl Harbor was needed to implement what has since occurred.

With the arrival of 9/11 the world changed for the worse, with the United States expanding its power, reaching with imperial ambitions abroad while extending its corporatist tentacles at home. The PNAC blueprint was implemented and to this day continues to guide many of the policies the Bush administration has in place. With so many PNAC members, known as neocons, at one time or another given powerful positions in the Bush administration, with so many of these criminals and murderers roaming the halls of governance, it is easy to see how 9/11 became a new Pearl Harbor, a new catalyzing event that transformed the American psyche. It is easy to see how a new Pearl Harbor became the invasion and occupation of both Afghanistan and Iraq. Only the laughable incompetence and ignorance of the neocons, along with the massive, well organized and brutal resistance of Iraq’s freedom fighters, have prevented the timely continuation of the neocon agenda.

An Unearthing

The events and reality of 9/11 can no longer be questioned. The only conspiracy theory is the “official” one, for it makes no sense. To believe the official story, the official “truth”, one would have to suspend reality, entering into Fantasyland, drinking the corporate world’s kool-aid, believing a government that has not told one truth in almost seven years of office. To believe the corporatist version, one would have to overlook the myriad number of truths, or coincidences, any of which standing alone disprove the official story. To believe a government, and by complicity the mass media, that has not once told a truth about any of its activities, choosing instead to ignore, omit and hide facts that do not validate the official story, choosing to smear and taint the lives of truth seekers instead of confronting and trying to challenge their truth, cherry picking facts much like they cherry picked facts on Iraq before it was invaded, is to purposefully decide to live in delusion, as if the official conspiracy theory is sacrosanct. The laws of common sense, physics, logic, reason, and of evidence, both physical and of countless witnesses, not to mention the knowledge of experts, would have to be abandoned and rewritten for the official conspiracy theory to survive scrutiny.

The destruction and implosion of the Twin Towers, falling into their own footprints, along with the destruction of WTC 7 by controlled demolition on 9/11 is now a self evident truth. This truth is no conspiracy theory, as the corporatist media would have us believe. It is quite obvious and apparent, to those whose eyes have been opened and whose minds have found freedom of thought. Sure, it is not easy to fathom that the government of your nation, the one you grew up thinking was altruistic and noble, good and virtuous, free of evil and wickedness, could ever be capable of destroying the lives of 3000 of your fellow citizens in order to have an excuse for perpetual war, perpetual fear and perpetual profit that will benefit only a small elite.

Unfortunately, the government of your childhood and of your delusions is one that has been inculcated into your head from birth through brainwashing and propaganda. In reality, it is a government that cares not one ounce for you or your fellow citizens, preferring to golf and fundraise while your city drowns in massive Katrina created floods, leaving you to rot in the squalor of sewage and human chaos. The government of your youth and dreams is one that has firebombed entire cities to rubble, killing hundreds of thousands in Germany and Japan. It is the only government to use nuclear weapons on foreign cities. It is the government that murdered 3 million Vietnamese and planted the seeds for Pol Pot to kill millions of Cambodians. It is the government that has decimated democracy in the Philippines and Indonesia, helping to suppress freedoms, assisting in destroying hundreds of thousands of lives.

This government of your fantasy has never cared about democracy or freedom, over the last fifty years overthrowing more than fifty democratically elected leaders of nations, either by coup, assassination or economic measures. As always, of course, these democratically elected leaders are replaced by military juntas, dictators, strongmen and puppets of our choice, picked because of their fidelity foremost to American interests, not those of their people. This government of yours, the one incapable of murdering 3,000 of its own citizens for economic, strategic and financial motives, has participated in or contributed in the death of one to two million souls in Central and South America, either through its dictators or its sponsored death squads or paramilitary thugs, never allowing Latin America the opportunity to prosper.

The altruistic government you cherish cares so much about human rights and freedoms that its multitude number of dictators and puppets are renowned for their human rights violations and their suppression of civil liberties and freedoms. The Middle East, that land of the Arab you hate so much, is a cesspool of torture, abuses, human rights violations and lack of freedoms, all supported by the puppets, kings and dictators your government is in bed with. Your government is the government most despised around the world after the one in Israel, thanks to its newfound affection with torture, mass murder, the preemptive invasion and occupation of Iraq, the death of one million of its citizens, the displacement of two million more and the importation of hell on Earth into its streets. Through a war of choice, based on lies and criminality, a civil war ready to burst and engulf an entire region in flames is afoot, yet your altruistic government is on the verge of attacking Iran, a nation that poses no military threat to America.

Indeed, the government of our childhood and of our delusions cares nothing for its people. Simply look at the way it treats its heroes, its bravest, those maimed and injured and psychologically destroyed by war and its human wickedness. Simply admire the conditions at Walter Reid and at many other such places. Notice too how many Vietnam and now Iraq veterans roam the streets of our cities homeless, with no place to go, no job, no life, forced to confront the evils of war through firewater or narcotics. Look at a veteran’s anguished face after he has been subjected to Agent Orange, or Depleted Uranium, or used as a lab rat or guinea pig in radiation experiments or anthrax vaccines and see how his body and mind deteriorate until he dies of what your government has subjected him to.

This government of the people, by the people and for the people, instead of using its vast wealth on education and healthcare and infrastructure and on providing decent jobs for its citizens, instead pillages the nation’s treasury, sending billions upon billions to the war machine destroying one nation after another. These billions, of course, end up in the accounts of war profiteers and elites and the cronies of the cabal of criminality, quickly made to disappear into foreign bank accounts. You, on the other hand, are but an automaton to your government, castrated of free thought, saturated with brainwash education, made conformist, complacent and acquiescent, transformed into the ignorant sheeple trained to be the obedient mass consumer and producer that guides the entire system forward. Meanwhile, year after year education rots, healthcare is made worse, infrastructure depreciates and the overall well-being of the nation plummets. This, indeed, is your government.

The Pursuit of Truth

The unearthing of truth can be an unsettling proposition, causing bouts of anger and animosity towards the truth seeker. Denial and the closing of the mind to new truths usually follows, as does ridicule of truth, suppression of it and fighting of it until one day, in the not too distant future, beyond the morning horizon, a sunrise suddenly appears, full of radiant light, warm in its glow, powerful in its brightness, ready to guide you forward. This is the moment of truth, when one finally reaches toward the sky, his or her mind suddenly made clear, now unafraid of what the truth may mean for a once beautiful mind.

The truth you have been fighting suddenly becomes self evident, bringing you the freedom of thought, of mind, of thinking for yourself for the first time in your life. You have fought against and declared victory against the pathology of years of brainwashing, of constant bombardments of propaganda, of being told to always have unyielding faith and loyalty in governance. With the warm rays of truth, you are no longer a slave to the system, a mere robot regurgitating the thoughts implanted in your head by the monitor in your home. You can now see what years of conditioning have prevented you from knowing, of a government far different than the one you were made to believe in. It is a government of the elite, for the elite and by the elite, pursuing the interests of the elite and the corporate world that now controls the hallways of power.

In your own research and investigation, using the full powers of the Internet at your disposal, using the free thinking mind you were born with, you discover the self-evident reality of 9/11. You watch videos of towers imploding and collapsing, of WTC 7 being demolished masterfully, as if experts in controlled demolitions were at hand. You wonder why air defenses failed so miserably even when hundreds of times before everything worked to perfection. You wonder how one of the most protected buildings in the world was struck so easily and without defense; yet in one of the most secure buildings in the country not one clear video exists of footage supporting the official conspiracy theory. You read about and become aware of the plethora of inconsistencies in the official conspiracy theory, and you realized how taken together, nothing adds up. You ask yourself who benefited most from the 9/11 attacks, and suddenly enemies within our own shores rise from the World Trade Center’s rubble.

In scanning the Internet for answers to government fictions you suspect of being lies, you see that the 9/11 Truth Movement is gaining momentum, gaining strength in numbers, for you see that more and more people are actually reading, observing, doing their own research and finding out that what they thought they knew simply does not and cannot possibly add up. You realize that more than one hundred million Americans doubt the official conspiracy theory, and that millions more are beginning to question whether or not it was an inside job. You see too that very few Americans, indeed, very few human beings, are aware that there even existed a WTC 7, and that it fell in perfect symmetry, into its own footprint, in classic controlled demolition style, even with minimal damage to its integrity, with insignificant fire damage. And you notice too that video for this demolition is readily available, from multiple angles, yet continues to be suppressed by the corporatist media, for reasons having to do with ignoring truth and disseminating the official fiction. Indeed, when WTC 7 is brought to the corporatist media’s attention, it is quickly returned to the black hole of silence, as if its reality never existed.

You wonder why the corporatist media is so quick to go after the personal lives and personalities of those who question the official story while choosing to remain silent on the questions presented by the truth seekers. You see the corporatist media smear and try to destroy the credibility of those that challenge the official story, and you wonder what is it exactly that these stenographers have to hide. You wonder why no corporatist journalist or news organization has taken it upon themselves to conduct a thorough and intensive examination of the events of that day, and why only the official conspiracy theory is given relevance, as if it is sacrosanct, untouchable. Meanwhile, any other theories or realities, most of which have more basis in truth than the official story, are bashed as the stuff of conspiracy theorists, become pariahs and are never given the light of day. What does the corporatist media have to hide, you ask, and who are they protecting?

Your research leads you to the gatekeepers of the left, those that feel the need to chastise and ridicule the Truth Movement, as if they want to make names for themselves, as if only they are allowed to know the truth, as if their arrogance has led them to believe the Almighty speaks through them. You realize instead that these bozos know very little about anything, and many, while competent enough, got their voices only through nepotism and connections, not because of their egocentric ability. You notice how these individuals smear the movement and resort to name calling, yet fail to comprehensibly put together a valid refutation of the Truth Movement’s claims. You understand their vested interests, you see through them, you decide to ignore them even though they provide a valuable tool in the discussion and debate of 9/11. After all, this is America, and everybody is entitled to freedoms of speech and thought and dissent and debate. You just hope these freedoms are not the next ones to disappear into oblivion.

Truth, invariably, is ridiculed, silenced, fought and eventually, accepted. The 9/11 Truth Movement is no different, for its foundation is constructed of solid granite, based on sound research and investigation. The Movement grows and grows and, no matter how hard the corporatist media and its agents try to slow down its momentum or halt it altogether, more and more Americans are becoming aware of its existence. The Movement cannot be silenced, for truth cannot be destroyed. What was done on 9/11 was a declaration of war against the American people, by internal enemies that have hijacked government, our freedoms and rights, and the Constitution. The Movement exists because it sees the dangers of leaving those in power unpunished, of doing nothing, of letting human wickedness continue. It flourishes because millions seek justice, truth and humanity, a better America, a better world.

Every act of criminality done in the past six years has as its genesis the horrific mass murder of 9/11. Every illegal war, every act of torture, illegal imprisonment, destruction of rights and freedoms, all mass murder done in America’s name is attributed to the destruction of the Twin Towers. If the enemy within is capable of such barbarity, if they had the audacity to perpetuate the greatest crime in American history, all to implement their delusional vision, all to enrich and empower their fellow criminals, what is to say that they will not do it again, in greater capacity, killing in greater numbers? One more so-called attack on American soil will destroy the America that we have lived in and enjoy, the one we love and cherish, the one of internal freedoms and rights, of the pursuit of happiness, the one enjoyed by present day citizens.

Already American democracy and freedom are in their last throes, hemorrhaging from years of corporatist mutilation. Elections have become a sham, a farce. Freedoms are disappearing, becoming extinct. The enemy within wishes for nothing more than an authoritarian, fascist nation, the easier to make decisions, the easier to implement their vision, the easier to control the population. The enemy within detests democracy, and this we must understand. Democracy and freedom are enemies. Ask yourself who has been the organization destroying our democracy and freedoms, our civil rights and liberties? Who has enacted Patriot Acts One and Two, who has destroyed due process, right to an attorney, habeas corpus? Who has tried to silence truth, dissent, protest and free speech? Who has made torture legal, false imprisonment necessary, confessions by torture legal and evidence concocted through hearsay or torture legal? Who has made it legal to spy on American citizens, opening our email accounts, overhearing our phone conversations, looking into our lives? It has not been the dreaded Arab evildoers. It has been the Bush administration. It has been your own government.

The truth is apparent, it can no longer be denied. The 9/11 Truth Movement thrives because it has truth and a quest for justice on its side. It has the power of the naked eye, for WTC 7 video footage cannot lie. It has physics, science, witnesses and research into government action and inaction. It has technology, experts and whistleblowers. It has honor, integrity and momentum. Of course there will always be 30 percent of the population that will never be made to believe in the criminality of its right wing heroes, even if the button for the controlled demolitions is put in front of their face. These 30 percent are sheeple, individuals comprising the army of good Americans, the most ignorant and closed minded people around. The Movement will never convince them. The challenge is reaching the millions who do have free-thinking minds, those who can put common sense and science and reason together.

The challenge ahead will not be easy, but the powerful never make it easy. They never grant the masses anything of value. We have to fight for it ourselves. Every civil liberty and right and freedom gained in the last century was achieved through the Power of the People. This Movement will be no different. Those that are our masters concede nothing, they take everything. They will throw obstacles at us, they will threaten and ridicule us, try to destroy our reputations and integrity. They will use the full power of the corporatist media to try and divide us, to divert us, to deceive us, to manipulate us. United we stand strong, divided we will fall. Strength in numbers, strength in conviction, it is time to bring these criminals and murderers to justice.

For what is braver, questioning authority or following it? What is more convenient, thinking for oneself or believing only what television wants you to believe? Who is more a patriot, the person who challenges the blatant lies of leaders in times of trouble or the person who obediently believes everything he is told him by a government that has not once told the truth? What is a true patriot, those that read the Constitution and seek to bring a bad government into account or someone who stands next to the flag and blindly follows the known criminality of the Commander in Chief? It is those that dissent and protest and debate, because they love their freedoms and rights, while being called traitor and treasonous and terrorist that are the true patriots of America. There are millions of them across the land, fighting to expose the greatest crime ever committed upon the American people, fighting to restore what has been and continues to be lost.

It is they who show the bravery and courage and strength and willingness to tolerate the smears and ridicule that are slowly, but surely, helping to return America to its rightful owners, namely, the People. It is these Truth Seekers whom history will remember as the ones responsible for ridding America of its greatest enemies, those that lie embedded within our shores, inside the cabal of criminality. When the day comes, and it soon will, when 9/11 is exposed for the inside job that it was, America and her people, and by consequence the world entire will smell the clear, pure mountain air of a truth too long hidden, of a sunrise giving birth to a new nation, a restored nation, returned to her People, where truth and justice prevails, where the Power of the People is omnipotent, where the interests of the People prevail, where criminals and murderers sit waiting in the gallows, waiting for the justice of 6,000 dead Americans and 1,000,000 dead Iraqis to be reclaimed.

The restoration of America thus begins with truth. Its unearthing is underway. America’s awakening will inevitably follow.

ADL SPIKED SEPT. 11 BLOCKBUSTER-Foxman & Crew Pressured Media To Suppress Israeli 9-11 Connection

“What are you doing putting this stuff out there? You’re killing us!”

These were the words of Abraham Foxman, executive director of the infamous Anti-Defamation League, considered by many in the know to be nothing more than a domestic branch of Israel’s intelligence service Mossad.
According to an explosive piece recently appearing in the online edition of Counterpunch, Foxman shouted this during a sit-down he demanded to have with an unnamed Fox News executive shortly after Sept. 11.

The “stuff ” that was causing Foxman so much indigestion that day was a damning, four-part investigative series Fox News had been airing after Sept. 11 dealing with the arrests of several hundred Israeli nationals as well as some of the incriminating circumstances surrounding their activities in the United States.

In particular, it was the story dealing with one group, known to investigators and journalists as the “high fivers,” who, according to an arrest report by the Bergen County Police Department, were “seen by New Jersey residents on Sept. 11 making fun of the World Trade Center ruins and going to extreme lengths to photograph themselves in front of the wreckage.”

The same police report also indicated that “maps of the city with certain places highlighted” were found in their vehicle, giving all of it the appearance that “they’re hooked in with this” and that “they knew what was going to happen when they were at Liberty State Park.”

Since then, Cameron’s reports have been removed by the network from its archives on the Internet. However, the series can still be viewed on web sites around the world.

These men—along with many others arrested around the country after 9-11—were held by U.S. authorities for several months for questioning before being quietly sent back to Israel. What these investigations revealed was that the young Israeli nationals were all intelligence officers working for Mossad, a fact later admitted by Israel and proved by the comments of one of these men in a radio interview he gave after his return home. “We were
sent to document the event,” said one of the Israelis.

What is of particular importance in this development, however, was the role that pro-Israel pressure groups—in this case the ADL, AIPAC and the misnamed Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America (CAMERA)—played in the cover-up of the role Israel played in the mass murder of not just the 3,000 Americans on Sept. 11, but the 3,000+ American servicemen and 700,000 Iraqis subsequently killed in Iraq as well.

In a personal interview with American Free Press, the writer of the report in Counterpunch, Christopher Ketchum, indicated that Foxman just didn’t call upon Fox News. Every major media outlet in America received a visit from the head of the ADL. In addition to Foxman inserting his largesse personally, executives at the highest levels of the various networks were also inundated with phone calls, letters and emails so numerous that they caused the computer networks to crash.

Of equal importance is the fact that according to the several intelligence and federal law enforcement agencies who were contacted, various members of the most powerful Jewish groups in the country visited the White House and petitioned officials at the highest levels to close down all investigations of the Israeli spies.

It is important to remember that the official position of these various Jewish groups has been that the stories circulating on the internet alleging Israeli foreknowledge of 9-11 have been nothing more than an “old canard” dreamt up by anti-Semites and Israel-haters and that there was never any evidence to suggest that such foreknowledge existed.

Had Americans been made aware of the arrests of hundreds of Israeli intelligence officers in the aftermath of Sept. 11 and the highly suspicious circumstances surrounding them, it is unlikely—even as propagandized as they are concerning the Middle East—that they would have signed on to sending their sons and daughters off to fight and die for Israel in Iraq.

Cover-ups are part of the dirty business of the Israeli lobby. Whether it involves the murderous attack on the USS Liberty by Israeli forces in 1967, Israeli foreknowledge of Sept. 11, the attempt to secure the release of major spy Jonathan Pollard or the efforts to gain an acquittal for the two AIPAC executives now standing trial for espionage, the conclusion to which all Americans must arrive is that Israel and her various tentacles collectively make up the most dangerous enemy the United States has ever faced.

There was yet another great segment for liberals on Hannity & Colmes Friday night, March 23, 2007. Alan Colmes and News Hounds top dog and radio talk show host Leslie Marshall provided the perfect response to attacks from Sean Hannity and Michael Reagan against Charlie Sheen over his narration in a “9/11 conspiracy” film. Marshall and Colmes confronted Hannity and Reagan for attacking Sheen with personal insults rather than debating the issues at hand. Neither Hannity nor Reagan had a counterargument, other than to level more attacks at Sheen and the left. The result, in my view, was that Hannity and Reagan were exposed as thuggish oafs while Marshall and Colmes sounded the voices of reason. With video.

Hannity, during a teaser at the beginning of the program said, “The hopelessly confused actor is going to narrate a film full of his wild-eyed conspiracy theories.” Can you imagine Alan Colmes saying before a segment about, say, Ann Coulter, “The hopelessly malicious columnist will offer more of her crackpot theories in an upcoming book?” I can't. On FOX News, the conservatives do the attacking, often while complaining about the rhetoric of the left.

At the beginning of the actual discussion, Hannity played a clip of Sheen calmly talking about why he doesn't believe the official explanation of 9/11. Hannity said, “That was Charlie Sheen, ranting like a lunatic.”

Reagan didn't waste a moment getting in a slur of his own. “The apple does not fall far from the very tree at all, with Martin Sheen being his father.”

In synch with the conservatives, the screen chyron read, “CHARLIE SHEEN'S 9/11 CONSPIRACY RANT HEADED TO THE BIG SCREEN.”

Reagan added, without explaining how he “knew,” that jihadists will use the film to blame the Jews.

Marshall laughed at that, saying that she has a lot more Jew in her than he does. Comment: Why don't more liberals laugh at conservative attempts to intimidate them? What could take the wind out of a bully's sails more?

Marshall said, “Last time I checked, we're all Americans here… I don't think someone's an idiot if they disagree with you or me, Sean…. I don't think Sheen's an idiot for expressing his mind.” Responding to Hannity's ridicule of conspiracy theorists, she added, “Last time I checked, there are a lot of people today in Dallas standing on a grassy knoll, still disputing the single-bullet theory and Arlen Specter is still in office.”

During Colmes' turn, he said to Reagan, “Look, the fact of the matter is, I don't agree with Charlie Sheen. But, you know, your way of dealing with it though is to ‘Let's denounce Charlie Sheen. Let's denounce Martin Sheen…' rather than actually debate the issue and talk about just what's going on here. You want to make it personal and go after the individual.”

Reagan answered, “You're out of your mind to debate that.”

Colmes continued, “You're missing my point. My point is, you take free speech, which we all agree we all have, and you meet that with other free speech... That's the way free speech works… You choose to make it a personal attack on the individual rather than deal with what the individual is saying, which you can easily refute.”

Reagan had no answer to that, apparently. So he widened his field of attack. “People who support that also are giving aid and comfort to the enemy.”

“Stop with the aid and comfort to the enemy,” Colmes told him. “Michael, can we believe everything the government tells us?”

Reagan stopped in his tracks. “What kind of a question is that, Alan?”

“A good one!” Colmes fired back. “I'm trying to get beyond the idiot-calling and actually have a conversation with you, if that's possible. We've already established that you think he's an idiot. That's your level of debate. Do you think the government would ever lie to us?”

But Reagan didn't seem to have anything else to say beyond attacking the left. “Don't make the issue other than what it is. It is Charlie Sheen, Mark Cuban supporting Charlie Sheen and putting this out so the left can have an orgasm…”

Marshall jumped in. “The only person having an orgasm here, Michael, are the right, attacking the Sheens – Charlie and his father – attacking any conspiracy theory, actually attacking any one individual on a personal level – I agree with Alan – rather than just ‘let's sit down and talk.' …One of the things that I know is that you can only learn more if you hear every side and every opinion.”

Reagan, stymied again, responded with yet more invective. He said scornfully, “Charlie is a wonderful human being, just a wonderful guy…”

Marshall answered, “That's not what I said. I've never met him… I'm here to debate what he's doing. I'm not going to debate his character.”

Hannity broke in to end the discussion. Waggling his bullyboy pen, he declared, without offering any evidence, “He has free speech but I gotta tell you something. This will be used by America's enemies as propaganda.” Comment: Unlike, say, an invasion of a Middle East country on false pretenses?

Colmes said sarcastically, “You should never speak out in this country.”

Dallas brings 9-11 truth to end the war protest

Hundreds gathered in Dallas Monday march 19Th on the fourth anniversary of the Iraq war, to protest the ongoing occupation of the middle east by the united states. People of all ages and colors descended upon mockingbird lane in a march that culminated in an end of march block party on the smu campus, where speakers and protesters mingled in an open sea of issues behind a backdrop of signs,reggae music,and a fully equipped riot squad.Topics ranged from the withdrawal of troops from Iraq,the impending Iran invasion,and the planned bush presidential library the site on which the protest was ended.

But amid the majority of straight line anti-war protesters,was a small group of local 9-11 truth activists who represented the exploding 9-11 truth movement with signs,information,flyers,deception dollars and hundreds of free DVDs,with the bulk of protesters being open and receptive to the groups efforts.

Chants of "9-11 was inside job!" could be heard echoing through the crowd with others picking up and chiming in. Although it seemed most of the participants in the march had no idea of such things as building 7, or the fact that 9-11 was the prime motivator for the Iraq war, people were very receptive and hungry for the info their fellow Americans were handing out to them.

Some confused individuals were heard saying such things as "I believe JFK but I don't believe that" and "I was under the impression the 9-11 truth commission said osama and the Taliban had no involvement in 9-11" as well as "My brother works for NASA and he tried to tell me the moon landing was fake and I don't believe that either!"

With the exception of a small minority the general public seemed to be accepting of 9-11 truth but also seemed to be starved and deprived of the information itself.
One member of the group walked around with a portable DVD player showing wtc 7's collapse to the marchers, sending them home interested and with DVDs in hand.
As well as participants,local media crews were also given copies of DVDs which yielded "9-11 truth now!!" signs being shown on local television media and print.

Titles included Alex Jones Terrorstorm,9-11 mysteries,Aaron russo's America freedom to fascism and loose change.

The concerned population of citizens are hungry for the truth but still seem to be reliant of the mass media to bring them information.Once we are able to reach the masses on a large scale,9-11 truth will become the unstoppable fire that will burn through the illusion of the fictitious left/right paradigm.

This is a call to arms to all 9-11 truth activists to participate in their area in protests no matter what political issue or group may be involved.
Once you realize that people WANT to know the truth, you can realize YOUR own place in the fight to take back our republic.

O'Donnell Out Of The Closet... As A 9/11 Truther Talk show host lays out WTC 7 facts in blog

It has been evident for a number of weeks now that talk show host Rosie O'Donnell has been trying to cover 9/11 truth in the best way she can without being yanked off the air - now her latest blog posting confirms this.

In her latest blog, dated March 15th, O'Donnell dispenses with the small talk and gets to the nub of the matter by stating some of the facts surrounding the demolition of building 7 on 9/11.

Citigroup says some information that the committee is seeking [about WorldCom] was destroyed in the Sept. 11 terror attack on the World Trade Center. Salomon had offices in 7 World Trade Center, one of the buildings that collapsed in the aftermath of the attack. The bank says that back-up tapes of corporate emails from September 1998 through December 2000 were stored at the building and destroyed in the attack. [TheStreet]

Inside [WTC 7 was] the US Secret Service’s largest field office with more than 200 employees. …”All the evidence that we stored at 7 World Trade, in all our cases, went down with the building,” according to US Secret Service Special Agent David Curran. [TechTV]

Clearly anticipating a huge response, O'Donnell has suspended the comments form on the post.

O'Donnell's day time ABC chat show, The View first came to the attention of the 9/11 truth community last December when actor James Brolin, the husband of Barbara Streisand, encouraged viewers of the show to check out the website 911weknow.com, which purports to expose how the twin towers and Building 7, which wasn't hit by a plane, were brought down via controlled demolition.

The show then came to our attention again last month when O'Donnell and a panel discussed John Conner of the Resistance Manifesto. At this time O'Donnell mimicked Conner by shouting "9/11 was an inside job" in front of her mainstream audience.

On the panel at that time was The "Grey Gardens" star Christine Ebersole, who declared her admiration for Conner. Ebersole then appeared on John Conner's radio show (MP3) and stated that she agreed a corrupt faction within the U.S. government is to blame for 9/11.

"I think we want to look at our government as sort of like a benevolent father that's going to take care of us and be kind to us and treat us well, and I think it's too much for our people to conceptualize, and I'm sure that's what happened to people in Nazi Germany," Ebersole commented.

The New York Post immediately blasted Ebersole as a "kook".

O'Donnell was again in the news today after she covered the "confession" of Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, questioning it's authenticity. The Huffington Post commented:

"...it's very difficult to assert anything with certainty right now. But it's a little disquieting to listen to the laugher of the View audience and they try to figure out what they should be cheering for and what should bother them."

Indeed, it seems that O'Donnell has woken up to 9/11 truth only to find herself in a situation where her audience are not really 'typical' truth seekers, which is entirely a good thing. It therefore comes as no surprise to see Rosie O'Donnell making a more forceful attempt to educate her readers at this time.

It is important to stress that celebrity sound bites do not make a revolution, but it is important to remember that people such as O'Donnell have an avenue to reach a lot of people. It is down to the discretion of her viewers to decide whether to look into what she is saying.

While many have praised her, some vicious bloggers have already labeled O'Donnell as a lunatic and an anti-semite and are calling for her head, no doubt the mainstream media will pick up on this as they usually do, two days later than everyone else.

Is There A Secret To The 9/11 Insurance Battle? Why is Allianz really holding out on paying Larry Silverstein?

A major insurance company is holding back from paying Larry Silverstein insurance money he says he is still owed from the destruction of the World Trade Center complex, the question is why?

Reuters is reporting:
Mr Silverstein, who leased the downtown site destroyed on September 11, 2001, claims Allianz still owes him $US553 million ($A708.57 million) and that a second insurer, Britain's Royal & Sun Alliance, owes him $US250 million ($A320.33 million). He said their reluctance had slowed rebuilding at the site.

Silverstein has making a great deal of noise this week out on the streets of Manhattan with a crowd of about 200 cheering construction workers chanting "We're going to make you pay!''

Silverstein has also been comparing his case to that of Gulf Coast homeowners who are suing for claims from Hurricane Katrina in 2005. "You can count on some insurance companies to look for every way they can think of to avoid paying up,'' he is quoted as saying.

The payment dispute arose when Silverstein agreed with New York's Port Authority on terms for the reconstruction of the new Freedom tower in April last year. Under the deal, he was granted permission to build the Freedom Tower but is required to hand it back to the Port Authority after completion.

Silverstein later filed a lawsuit in June, claiming that seven insurers had refused to provide assurances that their obligations to pay were unaffected by the April agreement. Silverstein has claimed that it is this that is holding up redevelopment at ground zero.

Allianz is now the sole remaining insurance carrier that has not affirmed they will pay out

The New York Times reported at the time:
But a lawyer for Allianz, which owes a maximum of $552.5 million at ground zero, said yesterday that the lawsuit was unnecessary, because a legal proceeding was begun nearly five years ago to determine exactly how much money is owed at ground zero under the terms of the insurance policy. He said that Mr. Silverstein was merely seeking a different venue for one of many issues now being debated in federal court.

At the end of two trials in 2004, a federal court decided that the insurers owed a maximum of $4.6 billion, more than the $3.5 billion term of the insurance policy. Silverstein had originally claimed $7 billion, attempting to prove that the crashing of the two planes into two towers constituted two separate events. The two sides have been locked in a grueling appraisal process to determine exactly how much of the $4.6 billion must be paid out.

A spokeswoman for Allianz has said that a mediation process between Mr Silverstein and the German insurer began yesterday. She said she had no further details.

Reuters further reports:
The Allianz spokeswoman said the insurer had already paid almost $US2 billion ($A2.56 billion) in claims from the World Trade Center disaster, settling with all its policy holders except for Silverstein and the Port Authority.

Ms Schwarzer said Allianz has paid Mr Silverstein and the Port Authority almost $US550 million ($A704.72 million) and that the developer had more than enough money in the bank to begin construction at the lower Manhattan site.

Another spokeswoman for Allianz, Andreas Shell, head of the damages department, was quoted by the Financial Times as saying "The reconstruction could start immediately. This is not down to the insurers,"

It now seems that Allianz is being forced to back down as Brooklyn-Queens Democratic Congressman Anthony Weiner has vowed to punish the insurers with fines or operating restrictions if they do not pay up.

Silverstein is determined to rake in every last penny possible from 9/11 and has already secured billions from other insurers without a blink of an eye over the fact that he leased the property just six weeks before the attacks and has since been caught in an admission that he ordered at least one of the buildings, WTC 7, "pulled" on 9/11.

Building 7 occupied a city block immediately north of the World Trade Center complex. Photos taken minutes before its collapse show small fires on two or three floors. Building 7 became only the third steel building in history before or since 9/11 to collapse from fire damage. The other two were the North and South towers of the World Trade Center.

We have thoroughly documented the mystery surrounding the collapse of building 7 , an issue which recently exploded back into the limelight with the revelations that the BBC reported that the building had collapsed up to an hour before it actually fell.

Any building that was not owned by Silverstein Properties that day strangely remained upright, despite being a lot closer to the two towers that collapsed onto them.

Questions about the highly suspicious nature of the building's collapse remained comparatively muted until January 2004, when a PBS documentary, America Rebuilds, originally broadcast in September 2002, received attention across the Internet.

The documentary was made infamous for one comment made by Larry Silverstein on the subject of 9/11. Silverstein states, "I remember getting a call from the, er, fire department commander, telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire, and I said, "We've had such terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it. And they made that decision to pull and we watched the building collapse."

We know that the term 'pull it' means to bring the building down by means of explosives because in the same documentary a cleanup worker (in December 2001) refers to the demolition of WTC Building 6 when he says, "...we're getting ready to pull the building six." The term is industry jargon for planned demolition.

For the following year and a half the Internet and alternative talk radio was aflame with talk of Building 7 and Silverstein's apparent admission. For many it is now the central issue of 9/11.

In January last year we reported that the State Department, as part of its pathetic efforts to debunk 9/11 research, had posted a response from Silverstein's spokesperson Dara McQuillan to the "pull it" saga.

The statement read:
Seven World Trade Center collapsed at 5:20 p.m. on September 11, 2001, after burning for seven hours. There were no casualties, thanks to the heroism of the Fire Department and the work of Silverstein Properties employees who evacuated tenants from the building.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) conducted a thorough investigation of the collapse of all the World Trade Center buildings. The FEMA report concluded that the collapse of Seven World Trade Center was a direct result of fires triggered by debris from the collapse of WTC Tower 1.

In the afternoon of September 11, Mr. Silverstein spoke to the Fire Department Commander on site at Seven World Trade Center. The Commander told Mr. Silverstein that there were several firefighters in the building working to contain the fires. Mr. Silverstein expressed his view that the most important thing was to protect the safety of those firefighters, including, if necessary, to have them withdraw from the building.
Later in the day, the Fire Commander ordered his firefighters out of the building and at 5:20 p.m. the building collapsed. No lives were lost at Seven World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.

As noted above, when Mr. Silverstein was recounting these events for a television documentary he stated, “I said, you know, we've had such terrible loss of life. Maybe the smartest thing to do is to pull it.” Mr. McQuillan has stated that by “it,” Mr. Silverstein meant the contingent of firefighters remaining in the building.

The insurmountable problem with this explanation of Silverstein's statement is that there were no firefighters inside WTC 7.

Dr. Shyam Sunder, of the National Institutes of Standards and Technology (NIST), which investigated the collapse of WTC 7, is quoted in Popular Mechanics ( 9/11: Debunking the Myths , March, 2005) as saying: "There was no firefighting in WTC 7."

The FEMA report on the collapses, from May, 2002, also says about the WTC 7 collapse: "no manual firefighting operations were taken by FDNY."

And an article by James Glanz in the New York Times on November 29, 2001 says about WTC 7: "By 11:30 a.m., the fire commander in charge of that area, Assistant Chief Frank Fellini, ordered firefighters away from it for safety reasons."

Silverstein's explanation, after two years of stonewalling, that "pull it" meant to withdraw the firefighters is a lie. There were no firefighters in the building for hours before the building's collapse.

Furthermore, even if he did mean "pull the firefighters" then why did he say "pull it", with no reference to anything other than the building? Consider also the timing: "they made that decision to pull and then we watched the building collapse." Could it really be possible that some (nonexistent) fire brigade was removed from the building and just at that moment ("then") the building collapsed? Is there really any doubt here about what Silverstein meant?

The only reasonable conclusion is that Larry Silverstein's statement is an admission that WTC 7 was brought down by a controlled demolition, meaning that the official version of what happened to WTC 7 is false, and casting serious doubt on the official story that terrorists of a foreign origin destroyed the twin towers, as well as on the rest of the official account of 9/11. Note that this admission is a statement against Silverstein's own interests (putting him at odds with the official version of events and potentially jeopardizing his insurance claims). Such statements are given great weight as a matter of law.

In February of 2002 Silverstein Properties won $861 million from Industrial Risk Insurers to rebuild on the site of WTC 7. Silverstein Properties' estimated investment in WTC 7 was $386 million. This building's collapse alone resulted in a profit of about $500 million.

Since then a total of nine insurance companies have continued to pay Silverstein as the legal wrangle continues. The only ones who have resisted in any way have been Allianz.

Interesting it is then that Allianz are also the only insurance company involved to also refer to the Silverstein "pull it" saga.

In May 2005 we carried a report from press release website PR Web which highlighted a proposal by a small shareholder to withhold approval from the Board of Directors for failure to investigate signs of insurance fraud on 9/11 had been published on the website of the Allianz Group in preparation for its May 4th annual meeting.

The report stated:

Allianz Group published a shareholder proposal on April 20th faulting management for ignoring signs of insurance fraud on 9/11/2001. Allianz carried a significant portion of the insurance coverage on the WTC, and stands to pay a corresponding portion of the $3.5 billion payout currently being litigated in New York. In his proposal, shareholder John Leonard, a California native and a publisher of books on 9/11, pointed to reports that building WTC 7 apparently collapsed by demolition, and for no plausible reason related to the 9/11 attacks. Management replied that it relied on official US government reports which made no mention of such evidence.

The Allianz Group is incorporated in Germany and has approximately 570,000 shareholders. Under German Stock Companies law, publicly held companies are required to publish shareholder proposals that meet certain criteria.

Is it possible that Allianz have indeed looked into these claims and are withholding any more pay outs partially due to these factors?

If so there may be a secret to this insurance battle that Silverstein properties and certainly the federal government would not want to expose. This is certainly an interesting possibility and a case we shall be keeping close watch on.

Newly Unearthed Footage Exposes 9/11 Media Scripting Bizarre foreknowledge and explanation of towers' collapse more cryptic clairvoyance

Yet more archive news footage unearthed from broadcasts on 9/11 offers further evidence that the media were being fed a script in which a cover story was quickly groomed to offset questions about the highly suspicious collapse of the twin towers.

Two weeks ago we highlighted BBC World footage from September 11 in which a correspondent reports the collapse of Building 7 as it remains standing in the live shot behind her head. New footage unearthed from Britain's Channel 5 news coverage provokes more questions about 9/11 scripting in a similar vein.

"Sections of the other tower are also crumbling - now the reason this is happening, according to the website for the World Trade Center, they're actually telling us that the structure, the outside cladding of this building is integral to the safety and security of it," states the news anchor following the collapse of the south tower.

"Once you penetrate that apparently the very structure of the building is under threat and that's why one tower has already collapsed."

The suspicious rapidity of the instant press release aside, why did the World Trade Center's website carry such a blatantly fallacious explanation for the collapse of the first tower? Even the layman knows that any modern building is anchored by core columns, not "outside cladding," and the twin towers were no different . To rest a building's integrity on its "outside cladding" is a reversal of all commonly accepted architectural knowledge. Why was the World Trade Center website peddling this nonsense in contradiction with the words of the twin tower's own designers ?

Included in over a dozen examples compiled here , Frank A. Demartini, on-site construction manager for the World Trade Center, said that the towers could sustain "multiple impacts of jetliners" without collapsing.

In addition, Leslie Robertson, one of the two original structural engineers for the World Trade Center, stated that, “The twin towers were in fact the first structures outside the military and nuclear industries designed to resist the impact of a jet airplane.”

The twin towers were desgined to absorb airliner impacts by means of their 47 huge core columns. The twin towers could not be compromised simply by damaging their "outside cladding," such a claim is patently absurd and why it was immediately peddled as an explanation for their collapse is highly suspect.

Later in the clip, the anchor comments, "It is completely enveloped in smoke, it is on fire, and we understand that this other tower is also in a situation of near collapse."

Based on the testimony of the experts who designed and built the twin towers, how on earth could officials and the media be so sure that the towers were going to collapse unless they were being fed a script by individuals who knew they were about to be imploded and were carefully preparing the cover story?

Another video that was shot before the first tower had even collapsed shows people on the street telling others to get back from the towers because they are about to "explode." Since no modern steel building had collapsed from fire damage alone and the fires were almost out, as described in the firefighter tapes , to forecast that the towers were about to crumble, a fortuitous act of clairvoyance that was also enjoyed by Rudy Giuliani , was an impossible prediction to make unless a pre-planned script was already circulating.

There are also videos of "experts" in news studios and even eyewitnesses on the ground intricately detailing why the towers collapsed within minutes and hours of them falling.

As the video below makes clear, if a crime were committed and immediately afterwards "experts" appeared on the scene claiming knowledge that no one could possibly have about the crime, would this be in the least bit suspicious?

Shortly after the collapse of the towers, a "random" eyewitness on the street interviewed by Fox News states with perfect clarity, "I witnessed both towers collapse, one first and then the second - mostly due to structural failure because the fire was just too intense ." The individual sounds like he is reading a prepared statement. There is no "I think" or speculation in the statement, it's boldly proclaimed as an undoubted fact, despite the many reports of additional explosions relayed by firefighters, first responders and journalists that preceded the towers' collapse.

How did this "average Joe" manage to get ahead of NIST and FEMA in clearly annunciating what would later become the official cover story - especially considering that by the time the towers collapsed most of the "intense" fires had been replaced by oxygen starved black smoke?

In addition, more BBC video from the day of 9/11 has been unearthed in which a correspondent, within hours of the towers coming down, claims the reason for the collapses is because of their design. He then provides blatantly false information about the designs to justify the statement, without referring to any sources and negating the fact that the towers had 47 massive central core columns.

The news anchors in the Channel 5 clip also make mention of a car bomb at the State Department and the bombing of a shopping mall in Washington DC. These were not rumors generated as a result of "confusion" as is often the defense - the anchor cites a "senior U.S. law enforcement official" as the source. Why did officials inform the news agencies of these events when in hindsight we know they never happened?

The State Department bomb report was also picked up by Forbes , who attributed it to "State Department sources." Reports of suspicious packages would be expected in a time of such hysteria but can "confusion" account for reports of actual bombings attributed to senior officials?

It is commonly accepted that the breadth of the 9/11 attack was planned to be larger in scope because Flight 93 did not reach its target. Were the State Department and Washington Mall "bombings" intended to go ahead but for whatever reason failed or were called off? Was the media fed the script too early as in the case of Building 7?

By the evening of September 11, following a "perimeter walk around our building," the State Department publicly stated that no such bombing had taken place.

Why were senior State Department officials telling the media that there had been a bombing without even conducting a basic appraisal of the building's perimeter? Can this all be put down to "confusion" or were some elements of the 9/11 script changed according to how events were unfolding on the day?

Are Boeing fitting their aircraft with illegal devices that could enable terrorists to remotely hijack airliners and crash them into high profile targets? In light of what happened on 9/11, Boeing's blanket denial that this practice has taken place is both highly suspicious and a threat to national security.

We called ALPA, the world's largest pilot's union, to ask them if such technology had been installed in commercial airliners and they denied all knowledge, despite the fact that Boeing were hit with a record fine of $15 million after the company broke the law by selling commercial planes equipped with the QRS-11 gyrochip, which is also used in the guidance system of the Maverick missile.

According to the Associated Press, from 2000 to 2003 Boeing shipped 94 airliners oversees, mainly to China, that contained the chip, a device used for "military applications," stated the report.

According to the Seattle Times, "The QRS-11 chip, made by a unit of BEI Technologies in Concord, Calif., is just over 1-½ inches in diameter and weighs about 2 ounces. It sells for between $1,000 and $2,000. Described as "a gyro on a chip," it is used to help control the flight of missiles and aircraft."

"There could be dozens, even hundreds more components like the QRS11 gyros that have slipped under the eyes of State Department enforcers, said Joel Johnson, the vice president international of the Aerospace Industries Association," reports the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and "Aircraft incorporating the QRS11 chips are already routinely making flights."

Should it concern us that Boeing began installation of a chip that turns a plane into a remotely guided missile immediately before 9/11?

One month before 9/11, German newspaper Der Spiegel reported that U.S. military-industrial complex giant Raytheon landed a 727 jet six times by remote control using GPS technology at a Hollomon AFB in New Mexico.

In April 2001, aviation history was made when a Global Hawk, which is equivalent in wingspan to a Boeing 737, flew by remote control out of Edwards Air Force Base, across the Pacific Ocean, and landed safely at the Royal Australian Air Force base at Edinburgh, in South Australia state.

Other sources from within the airline industry have told us that such devices were common in aircraft years before 9/11, a remarkable supposition that has led many to suspect that the attacks on the Pentagon and the World Trade Center were executed using this remote access system.

Recent newspaper reports discussing these devices and the policy to have them in all airliners within three years assure us that they would prevent another 9/11 style outrage - but because any such system is vulnerable to hacking allied with the fact that pilots have no way of overriding the autopilot, not even with secure access codes, this only increases the chances of another 9/11 style attack.

A comprehensive investigation on behalf of those who have the authority and resources to perform it needs to be mandated immediately into whether devices that completely remove control of a plane from the pilot and that have illegally been installed in many existing aircraft are a fundamental danger to national security.

Photo Suggests Building 7 Fires Staged?

Editor of WhatReallyHappened.com and TV visual effects specialist Michael Rivero saw the Building 7 photo we posted in our earlier article and had some interesting comments about the small fires seen in the image.
I am looking at the photo of the WTC-7 fired Paul uses in this article and alarm bells are going off. As long-time readers know my "day job" is in film and TV visual effects, and frankly those fires look like the fires we intentionally set up to make a building LOOK like it is on fire.

Now, those are real fires, and stuff is really burning, but those fires are all up against the windows. There does not appear to be any fire deeper inside the building. A real fire would have blown through the tunnels from the towers, gone up the elevator shafts, and spread out from the core. The more I look at THESE fires in the photo I get the sense they were deliberately set to create a reason for the building to come down.

I know there is no way to prove that, of course. But that is what they look like to me. It does not make sense that fire supposedly blown up through the elevator shafts would just plant itself in a few offices up against the glass and leave the rest of the floors uninvolved.

The photograph was taken at around 3PM on 9/11, approximately 2 hours 20 minutes before the collapse of WTC 7 (or around 1 hour 54 minutes if you're the BBC ).
